Fišerová, R. The Factors of Service Quality in Selected Spa Destinations in Terms of Supply. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The topic of this thesis is the factors of quality of the services provided at spa des-tinations in three segments – spas, tourist information centres and providers of accommodation and catering. The aim of this work is to determine the signifi-cance of these factors influencing the perception of the service quality in spas for suppliers of the services and to compare the perception of these factors to the perception of the same factors amongst the customers. Based on the results of the survey are set out the recommendations for the service providers in this type of destination.
