This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of company PBS INDUSTRY, a. s. in years 2012–2016. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical basis, which has been utilized in the analytical part of the thesis. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, indicators and methods. In the analytical part a strategic and financial analysis is carried out. Based on the findings, measures are proposed to alleviate the identified.
