Pretende dar escuta à escola e às pessoas que a compõem − as vozes do consciente e do inconsciente − através de uma perspectivação da Teoria Geral do Imaginário de G. Durand e de um conjunto de heurísticas elaboradas por J. C. de Paula Carvalho utilizando o Teste do Arquetípico de Nove Elementos (AT. 9) de Y. Durand, no intuito de mapear aspectos da cultura latente e patente de determinado grupo, a fim de analisar como alunos, gestores, professores e demais funcionários lidam com a violência presente na instituição escolar. Ao analisar os dados obtidos, observando, conhecendo o ambiente escolar e participando de alguns momentos junto ao grupo, por meio das entrevistas semiestruturadas e da aplicação do teste AT. 9, encontramos dois grupos muito diferentes: dos alunos (grupo A) e dos adultos que formam a equipe escolar (grupo P). Quando olhamos para os microuniversos encontrados, vemos na análise estrutural que no grupo P o que prevalece é o Microuniverso Místico (60%) e, no grupo A, há com o mesmo percentual (36,36%) tanto o Microuniverso Místico quanto o Microuniverso Heroico. Dentre esses microuniversos, aparecem aqueles de forma negativa, muito mais no grupo A, em um pouco mais da metade dos protocolos, e em apenas (25%) dos protocolos do grupo P. Todos os microuniversos podem ter uma forma negativa, e no caso do grupo A essa prevalência pode mostrar o fracasso do herói, ... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This work does not aim to quantify the violence present at school, nor to determine victims and culprits. It intends listen to the school and the people who compose this institution - the voices of the conscious and the unconscious - through a perspective Gilbert Durand's General Theory of Imaginary and of a set of heuristics elaborated by J. C. de Paula Carvalho and using Y. Durand's Archetypal Test with Nine Elements (AT. 9) with the intent of mapping aspects of the latent and patent culture of a determined group, aiming at analyzing how students, managers, teachers and other workers deal with the violence present at the school institution. Analyzing the data obtained by observing and getting to know the school environment, participating of some moment with the group, through the semi-structured interview and the application of the AT. 9 test, we have found two very different groups: the students' one (group A) and the adults' one who compose the school team (group P). When we look at the micro-universes we have found, we see at the structural analysis that in group P, what prevails is the Mystical Micro-universe (60%) and in group A there is the same percentage (36,36%) as much as the Mystical Micro-universe than the Heroic Micro-universe.
