This thesis deals with business plan of the cafe especially for mothers with their small children. In theoretical part knowledge of business plan realisation is described. In practical part marketing research, market analysis, SLEPT analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis are made. In the end of the thesis reality and final resolution of the business plan are reviewed.
