El presente estudio titulado “Actitud de las enfermeras hacia la investigación y factores que intervienen en su realización en el Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión”, tuvo como objetivos generales determinar las actitudes de las enfermeras hacia la investigación, determinar los factores personales e institucionales que intervienen en la realización de la investigación y como objetivos específicos identificar las actitudes de las enfermeras hacia la investigación según su disposición y su participación. El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por las enfermeras que laboran en el Hospital Nacional Alcides Carrión. Su muestra fue obtenida mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple, conformada por 24 enfermeras. El instrumento que se utilizó fue una escala modificada Tipo Lickert y un cuestionario. La técnica fue la entrevista. Los hallazgos más significativos fueron que la actitud de la mayoría de las enfermeras hacia la investigación es de medianamente favorable a desfavorable; según su disposición es de medianamente favorable a desfavorable relacionado al desconocimiento de la metodología de la investigación, a la falta de facilidades de tiempo durante su trabajo para realizar investigación y la dificultad para tener acceso a la información; según su participación es de medianamente favorable a desfavorable relacionado a la reducida motivación que dan los jefes. Los factores personales que intervienen en la realización de la investigación son el haber alcanzado el título profesional mediante examen de aptitud, no tener estudios de post grado, no realizar actividad docente, poca participación en cursos de investigación, desconocer la metodología de la investigación, poca disponibilidad de tiempo para realizar investigación y no dominar el idioma inglés, así como Internet. Los factores institucionales que intervienen en la realización de la investigación son no considerar a la investigación como parte de su actividad profesional, no contar con facilidades institucionales para realizar investigación, señalar que el servicio no les permite realizar trabajos de investigación, pocas facilidades para realizar trabajos de investigación en el servicio, indicar que los jefes no estimulan la realización de la investigación y el no haber recibido financiamiento para investigar. / The present qualified study " Attitude of the nurses towards the investigation and factors that intervene in his(her,your) accomplishment in the National Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión ", had as general aims(lenses) determine the attitudes of the nurses towards the investigation, determine the personal and institutional factors that intervene in the accomplishment of the investigation and as specific aims(lenses) to identify the attitudes of the nurses towards the investigation according to his(her,your) disposition(regulation) and his(her,your) participation. The study is of level aplicativo, quantitative type, descriptive method of transverse court(cut). The population was shaped by the nurses who work in the National Hospital Alcides Carrión. His(her,your) sample was obtained by means of the random simple sampling, shaped by 24 nurses. The instrument that was in use was a modified scale Type Lickert and a questionnaire. The technology(skill) was the interview. The most significant finds were that the attitude of the majority of the nurses towards the investigation is of moderately favorably to unfavorably; according to his(her,your) disposition(regulation) it(he,she) is of moderately favorably to unfavorably related to the ignorance of the methodology of the investigation, to the lack(mistake) of facilities of time during his(her,your) work to realize investigation and the difficulty to have access to the information; according to his(her,your) participation it(he,she) is of moderately favorably to unfavorably related to the limited(small) motivation that the chiefs give. The personal factors that intervene in the accomplishment of the investigation are the reached credit the professional title(degree) by means of examination of aptitude, studies do not have of post degree, does not realize educational, small activity participation in courses(years) of investigation, does not know the methodology of the investigation, small availability of time to realize investigation and not to dominate the language Englishman(English), as well as Internet. The institutional factors that intervene in the accomplishment of the investigation are not to consider to the investigation as part(report) of his(her,your) professional activity, not to rely on institutional facilities to realize investigation, to indicate that the service does not allow them to realize works of investigation, few facilities to realize works of investigation in the service, to indicate that the chiefs do not stimulate the accomplishment of the investigation and not to have received financing to investigate.
