La educación tiene la finalidad de formar al ser humano como persona capaz de actuar libre y responsablemente en la sociedad. Por supuesto que esta tarea implica una serie de actitudes, condiciones y capacidades, que conllevan a un compromiso personal de parte de los docentes. El (la) docente debe concebir este proceso del Desempeño Didáctico como un proceso metodológico y fundamental. Debe ser producto de acciones y decisiones previstas para el cumplimiento de las competencias, los indicadores de logros y los contenidos. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 28 docentes de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa Nº 20820, Huacho. La investigación se oriento a determinar la influencia de la aplicación del programa nacional de formación y capacitación permanente sobre el nivel de desempeño didáctico de los docentes de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa Nº 20820, Huacho.
La metodología de trabajo ha consistido en aplicar dos instrumentos, el primero para analizar el grado de aceptación y cumplimiento de la aplicación del Plan de capacitación, sobre el nivel primario por parte de los docentes capacitados, y una lista de cotejo para el análisis del manejo cognitivo y metodológico de los profesores en su Desempeño Didáctico en el aula. Los resultados del estudio han determinado que la aplicación del Programa Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Permanente (PRONAFCAP), permite elevar significativamente el nivel de desempeño didáctico de los docentes de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa Nº 20820 de la UGEL Nº 09 de Huaura. Los resultados del estudio han determinado un 66 % de grado de aceptación de la aplicación programa nacional de formación y Capacitación Permanente (PRONAFCAP). Para el nivel de desempeño didáctico 60.12%. Se concluye que La aplicación del Programa Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Permanente (PRONAFCAP), permite elevar significativamente el nivel de desempeño didáctico de los docentes de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa Nº 20820 de la UGEL Nº 09 de Huaura, durante el año académico 2009. / The education has the purpose of forming the human being as person capable of acting freely and responsibly in the company .This task involves a series of attitudes, conditions and capacities, which they carry to a personal commitment on behalf of the teachers. The teacher one must conceive this process of the Didactic Performance as a methodological and fundamental process. It is necessary to be a product of actions and decisions foreseen for the fulfillment of the competitions, the indicators of achievements and the contents.
The population of study was constituted by 28 teachers of primary education of the Educational Institution Nº 20820, Huacho.
