Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo comprender la condición existencial del adolescente con leucemia, para lo cual elegí como perspectiva de acercamiento la ontología heideggeriana y como metodología, la hermenéutica que de ella se deriva.
La elección de la fenomenología heideggeriana se hizo en razón de la dimensión atendida en este estudio, que va más allá del plano estrictamente cuantitativo y aún del que en sentido amplio abarcan las ciencias de la vida, pues me interesaba enfocar también la experiencia moral y más allá aún, la experiencia constitutiva del mundo que caracteriza al paciente, su “situación”, aquello que da sentido a lo que le acontece o presenta sus circunstancias debilitadas como portadoras de sentido o simplemente cercanas al sin sentido. Asumimos que la exploración de esta dimensión resulta fundamental para el acompañamiento adecuado del paciente; por tanto, considero que en términos del ejercicio profesional de la enfermería permitirá, por ejemplo, formar círculos de reflexión que favorezcan a la sensibilidad del personal que atiende al adolescente con leucemia sobre aspectos desencadenados por la enfermedad, a fin de que aquella atención sea más acertada, desarrollando un cuidado con efectivo sentido humanístico.
Entre las consideraciones finales resalto la importancia del acercamiento al mundo del adolescente con leucemia, desde una clara conciencia de su condición de seres únicos (nuestros mundos personales son únicos, aunque la publicidad de la vida cotidiana nos hace olvidarlo) y que, por lo tanto, requieren necesariamente un tratamiento único, necesidad acentuada por hallarse en una situación existencialmente límite generada por la agresividad de la leucemia, experiencia que se agudiza en una etapa particularmente difícil - por- lo- inestable- de su vida. / -- This investigation had like objective to include/understand the existencial condition of the adolescent with leukemia, for which I chose like perspective of approach the heideggeriana ontología and like methodology, the hermeneútica that of her is derived.
The election of the heideggeriana fenomenología became in regard to the dimension taken care of in this study, that still goes beyond the strictly quantitative plane and of which in ample sense they include sciences of the life, because it interested to me to further on focus also the moral experience and still, the constituent experience of the world that the patient characterizes, its "situation", what it gives sense to which it occurs to him or it presents/displays his circumstances debilitated like carriers of sense or simply near without sense. We assumed that the exploration of this dimension is fundamental for the suitable support of the patient; therefore, I consider that in terms of the professional exercise of the infirmary it will allow, for example, to form reflection circles that favor to the sensitivity of the personnel who takes care of the adolescent with leukemia on aspects triggered by the disease, in order that that attention more is guessed right, developing a care with felt cash humanistic.
Between the final considerations rebound the importance of the approach to the world of the adolescent with leukemia, from a clear conscience of its condition unique beings (our personal worlds are unique, although the publicity of the daily life makes forget it us) and that, therefore, they require a unique treatment necessarily, accentuated necessity for being in a situation existencialmente limit generated by the aggressiveness of the leukemia, experience that is become serious in a particularly difficult stage - by the unstable thing of its life. / Tesis
