En el estudio titulado “Factores de riesgo y conocimiento sobre prevención del cáncer de mama en mujeres usuarias del C.S. Materno Infantil “Tablada de Lurín” en el distrito de Villa Maria del Triunfo” ha sido realizado en la ciudad de Lima en el 2006, debido a que el cáncer de mama es considerado actualmente la neoplasia más frecuente en la mujer y la principal causa de muerte en mujeres por encima de los 40 años. Por ende es importante que todo el equipo multidisciplinario de salud trabaje con la población, enfatizando la prevención de la enfermedad con la finalidad de que los factores de riesgo disminuyan y el nivel de conocimientos aumente. El objetivo fue Determinar los factores de riesgo y conocimientos sobre medidas preventivas del cáncer de mama en usuarias del C.M.I. Tablada de Lurín en el distrito de Villa Maria del Triunfo – 2006, con el propósito de fomentar y propiciar la implementación de programas, talleres u otros preventivo promociónales que contribuyan a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas. El diseño Metodológico estuvo enfocado un estudio cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por 76 mujeres usuarias del C.M.I.T.L. entre 35 a 64 años de edad, con un promedio de 43.0 años, una desviación estándar de 8.8 y una mediana de 42.0, donde se obtuvo que, el 48.7% (37) representa al mayor grupo de mujeres que presento más de 9 factores de riesgo para el cáncer de mama, el 36.8% (28) presento alguna enfermedad benigna como factor de riesgo no modificable, un 53.9% (41) percepción de estrés como factor de riesgo modificable. En cuanto a la variable en estudio de conocimientos el 50% (38) tiene un conocimiento medio sobre las medidas preventivas del cáncer de mama. / --- In the study titled "Factors of risk and knowledge has more than enough prevention of the cancer of he/she suckles in women users of C.S. The objective was to Determine the factors of risk and knowledge on preventive measures of the cancer of he/she suckles in users of C.M.I. Tablada of Lurin in the district of Villa María of the Victory. 2006, with the purpose of to foment and to propitiate the implementation of programs, shops or other preventive promociónales that contribute to improve the quality of people's life. The Methodological design was focused a quantitative study of descriptive level of traverse court. The sample was constituted by 76 women users of C.M.I.T.L. among 35 to 64 years of age, with a 43.0 year-old average, a standard deviation of 8.8 and a medium of 42.0, where it was obtained that, 48.7% represents (37) to the biggest group of women that I present more than 9 factors of risk for the cancer of he/she suckles, 36.8% presents (28) some benign illness as factor of non modifiable risk, 53.9% estres perception (41) like factor of modifiable risk. As for the variable in study of knowledge 50% has (38) a knowledge half envelope the preventive measures of the cancer of he/she suckles.
