La presente investigación titulada: Actividades Preventivo Promocionales que Realiza la Enfermera en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de Tuberculosis y en el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en los Centros de Salud de la RSS SJM - VMT Según la Opinión de los Usuarios, tuvo como objetivo: Determinar las actividades preventivas Promociónales que realizan las enfermeras en el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo y en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de tuberculosis en los Centros de Salud. El diseño metodológico elegido fue: descriptivo, aplicativo, transversal se contó con 94 madres que llevan a sus niños al Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo y 84 usuarios de la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de Tuberculosis, para el estudio se creyó conveniente la utilización de la entrevista encuesta para lograr que el usuario pueda expresarse libremente. Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron fueron: Dentro de la Educación para la Salud en el control de Crecimiento y desarrollo los ejes temáticos que mas desarrolla la enfermera según opinión del usuario son: nutrición infantil y el eje temáticos de Inmunizaciones con lo cual es importante porque contribuye a que la población pueda ampliar y mejorar sus conocimientos sobre estos temas con lo cual puede tener un mejor control sobre las determinantes de su salud. Dentro de las Actividades de Reducción de Riesgo en el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo la actividad que mas realiza la enfermera según opinión del usuario es el control de peso y en similar porcentaje el control de la talla, también realiza el examen físico al niño, y la valoración del desarrollo psicomotor del niño. Dentro de la Educación para al salud en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de tuberculosis los eje temáticos en los que basa la educación son: Tratamiento antituberculoso dentro de este eje desarrolla temas tales como: las reacciones adversas de los fármacos, importancia del tratamiento , y en menor porcentaje sobre la importancia de la quimioprofilaxis, en el eje temático sobre la reducción de riesgos específicos los usuarios opinan que la enfermera lo orienta sobre la importancia de la vacuna BCG sobre la importancia de las interconsultas. Con respecto al Eje temático sobre Manejo del Entorno los usuarios opinaron que la enfermera los había orientado sobre los cuidados que debe tener en el hogar, (alimentación, higiene ) Dentro de las Actividades de Reducción de Riesgo de la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de Tuberculosis los usuarios opinan en su mayoría que la enfermera realiza la entrevista al paciente al familiar, el control de contactos y la visita domiciliaria. / The present titled investigation: Promotional activities Preventive that the Nurse Makes in the Sanitary Strategy of Control of Tuberculosis and in the Control of Growth and Development in the Centers of Health of RSS SJM - VMT According to the Opinion of the Users, had like objective: To determine the preventive activities Promociónales that the nurses make in the Control of Growth and Development and in the Sanitary Strategy of Control of tuberculosis in the Centers of Health. The chosen methodologic design was: descriptive, aplicativo, cross-sectional it was had 94 mothers who take to their children to the Control of Growth and Development and 84 users of the Sanitary Strategy of Control of Tuberculosis, for the study was believed advisable the use of the interview survey to obtain that the user can express itself freely. The conclusions at which they were arrived were: Within the Education for the Health in the control of Growth and development the thematic axes that but the nurse develops according to opinion of the user are: thematic infantile nutrition and the axis of Immunizations with which it is important because it contributes to that the population can extend and improve its knowledge on these subjects with which can have a better control on the determinants of its health. Within the Activities of Reduction of Risk in the Control of Growth and Development the activity that but the nurse makes according to opinion of the user is the control of weight and in similar percentage the control of the stature, also makes the physical examination to the boy, and the valuation of the psicomotor development of the boy. Within the Education it stops to the health in the Sanitary Strategy of Control of thematic tuberculoses the axis on which it bases the education are: Antitubercular treatment within this axis develops subjects such as: the adverse reactions of drugs, importance of the treatment, and in smaller percentage on the importance of quimioprofilaxis, in the thematic axis on the reduction of specific risks the users think that the nurse orients it on the importance of vaccine BCG on the importance of the interconsultations. With respect to the thematic Axis on Handling of the Surroundings the users thought that the nurse had oriented them on the cares that must have in the home, (feeding, hygiene) Within the Activities of Reduction of Risk of the Sanitary Strategy of Control of Tuberculosis the users think in their majority that the nurse makes the interview to the patient to the relative, the control of contacts and the domiciliary visit.
