La presente investigación titulada: Relación Entre Adherencia Y Nivel De Conocimientos Sobre El Tratamiento De Los Pacientes Con Tuberculosis En El Centro De Salud Primavera. El Agustino - 2009. Tuvo como objetivo Determinar la relación entre adherencia y nivel de conocimientos sobre el tratamiento de los pacientes con tuberculosis. Se utilizó el método Descriptivo Correlacional, de corte Transversal. La muestra estuvo constituída por 38 pacientes con diagnóstico de Tuberculosis Pulmonar, registrados en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Prevención y Control de la Tuberculosis del Centro de Salud Primavera Establecimiento de Salud del Primer nivel de Atención, ubicado en el distrito del Agustino de Lima Metropolitana. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron la Entrevista y el Análisis Documental, y los instrumentos fueron la Encuesta y Ficha de Registro respectivamente. Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron fueron: 1. La mayoría de los pacientes con Tuberculosis tienen un nivel medio de conocimientos sobre el tratamiento de esta enfermedad, coincidentemente el nivel de conocimientos sobre el tratamiento farmacológico así como el conocimiento de las indicaciones de seguimiento se ubica en la mayoría de los pacientes en el nivel medio. 2. La mayoría de los pacientes no mostraron adherencia al tratamiento de la tuberculosis en general, condición similar aconteció respecto a las indicaciones de seguimiento y al tratamiento farmacológico propiamente dicho. 3. Existe relación directa entre adherencia y nivel de conocimientos de los pacientes con tuberculosis es decir que la no adherencia esta presente en los pacientes que tienen nivel de conocimiento medio a bajo y quienes son adherentes al tratamiento tienen un nivel alto de conocimientos resultado obtenido mediante la prueba estadística del Ji cuadrado con un nivel de significancia del 95% de confianza y un grado de libertad. / This research entitled: Relationship Between Adherence and level of knowledge about the treatment of tuberculosis patients at the health center spring. The Agustino - 2009. Aimed to determine the relationship between adherence and level of knowledge about the treatment of patients with tuberculosis. We used correlational descriptive cross. The sample consisted of 38 patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis in the Health Strategy for Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis Health Center Spring Establishment Tier Health Care, located in the district of the Lima Metropolitan Agustino. The techniques used were the interview and documentary analysis, and tools were the Survey and Record Sheet respectively. The conclusions reached were: 1. Most patients with TB have a medium level of knowledge about treatment of this disease, coincidentally the level of knowledge about drug treatment as well as knowledge of monitoring indicators is in most patients in the middle. 2. Most patients showed no adherence to tuberculosis treatment in general, similar happened to respect and follow the directions of the pharmacological treatment itself. 3. There is direct relationship between adherence and knowledge of TB patients is not to say that the bond is present in patients who have average level of knowledge and under who are adherent to treatment have a high level of knowledge through the test result chi-square statistics with a significance level of 95% confidence and a degree of freedom.
