Previous issue date: 2008-12-08 / This research analyzes the process of relations experienced by a teenager, who was
accused of being the author of sexual violence. According to his judicial process,
before being fifteen years old, he had made seven victims. Although this phenomenon
impacts on society, recent policies for the sector have focused on deprivation of
liberty and / or assisted freedom of such adolescents. In order to investigate the steps
of socialization and their involvement in the construction of subjectivity, this study
focuses on: the teenager s history of life and relationships, before and after the
infractions were committed; on the psychosocial mechanisms and their mediation in
the continuity of sexual violence. The methodological procedures consisted of
documents archived in the institutions which are in charge of applying
socioeducational proceedings in Goiânia, from 1997 to 2008. Another methodological
procedure consisted of an empirical research conducted by the project Inverted a
Rota, which enabled the psychotherapeutic care of the adolescent perpetrator of
sexual violence. The systematization of the material of the research involved the
reading of the transcribed material to a preliminary psychosocial survey, and the
establishment of categories for the analysis. Although the material has been obtained
by means of clinical sessions, the analysis was taken from the Social Psychology of
socio-historical trend. Due to the diversity of the cases initially selected to participate
in this survey, one was chosen because he was accused of having committed sexual
violence against a larger number of victims, and he had participated in many
psychotherapeutic sessions. Fred, the teen-author, denies the violations, and so do
his family. The judiciary, on the other hand, confines the teen-authors, as if the action
of keeping them behind bars could remove their sexuality and behavior. The analysis
of categories revealed problems such as: the failure of school, early introduction in
working spaces, extreme poverty; use of illicit drugs, use of firearms; experiences in
violent contexts; religion; lack of sex education; inconsistent diagnosis of mental and
neurological illness, and the difficulty of being the exclusive responsible for their
violent behavior. / Esta pesquisa se propõe a analisar o processo das relações vividas por um
adolescente acusado de ser autor de violência sexual, que, antes de completar
quinze anos de idade, segundo seu processo/prontuário fizera sete vítimas. Embora
esse fenômeno impacte a sociedade, as recentes políticas existentes para o setor
têm focado na privação de liberdade e/ou liberdade assistida de tais adolescentes.
Para investigar os processos de relações estabelecidas nas socializações e sua
implicação na construção da subjetividade, esta dissertação atém-se à história de
vida e às relações anteriores e posteriores à publicização das infrações cometidas
do adolescente-autor, objetivando apreender os mecanismos psicossociais e sua
mediação na continuidade da violência sexual. No procedimento metodológico,
lançou-se mão da pesquisa documental nos registros dos casos de adolescentes
autores de violência sexual nas instituições de aplicação das medidas
socioeducativas de Goiânia, no período de 1997 a 2008. Outro procedimento
utilizado foi a pesquisa empírica realizada pelo Projeto Invertendo a Rota, que
possibilitou o atendimento psicoterápico do adolescente autor de violência sexual. A
sistematização do material da pesquisa envolveu a leitura dos materiais transcritos,
para um prévio levantamento psicossocial, e o estabelecimento de categorias para
análise. Embora o material empírico tenha sido obtido por meio de sessões clínicas,
a análise empreendida foi feita a partir da Psicologia Social de vertente Sócio-
Histórica. Diante da diversidade dos casos inicialmente selecionados para participar
desta pesquisa, um deles foi escolhido em razão de seu processo/prontuário constar
a acusação de ter cometido violência sexual contra um maior número de vítimas,
bem como de ter participado de muitos atendimentos psicoterápicos. Fred, o
adolescente-autor, nega as infrações, e sua família alega acreditar em sua inocência.
O poder judiciário, por sua vez, o priva de liberdade, como se, ao mantê-lo por detrás
das grades, eliminasse sua sexualidade e seu comportamento de violência sexual. A
análise das categorias do estudo da história de vida do adolescente-autor revelou a
prevalência de: evasão escolar; início precoce no mundo do trabalho; extrema
pobreza; uso de drogas ilícitas; uso de arma de fogo; vivências em contextos
violentos; religiosidade; falta de educação sexual; constante tentativa de imputar-lhe
um diagnóstico com patologias mentais e/ou neurológicas e o peso de ser o único e
exclusivo responsável por seu comportamento violento.
