the guidelines, the principles and elements of the Unified Social Assistance System
(ITS) and the Unified Health System (SUS), Which articulate with respect to
interdisciplinary and intersectoral in SINASE. / Esta dissertação investiga a relação da interdisciplinaridade e da intersetorialidade
na articulação dos direitos sociais no Sistema Nacional de Atendimento
Socioeducativo – SINASE, no âmbito do Mestrado em Serviço Social, vinculada à
linha de Pesquisa Teoria Social e Serviço Social. Evidencia, em termos de síntese e
contradição da temática, que o SINASE tende a se consolidar como o “lócus” de
concentração e articulação de políticas sociais e saberes profissionais que não
deixam de implicar, estrategicamente, os dois conceitos, a interdisciplinaridade e a
intersetorialidade. Os fundamentos teórico-metodológicos da pesquisa, com base em
ampla revisão do debate sobre a temática, enriquecem a problematização e a
reflexão sobre os dois conceitos, a relação com a política social e com a
possibilidade de superação de uma prática operacional e de um saber científico e
profissional fracionados.Na pesquisa sobre o SINASE, foi analisada a efetivação do
princípio da proteção integral, que, perante o ECA e o Sistema de Garantias de
Direito, assegura a absoluta prioridade na implantação de políticas sociais para a
criança e o adolescente na sociedade brasileira, com destaque para a articulação
das políticas de saúde e de assistência social. A problematização desses conceitos
na política social apresenta-os como um caminho que recusa a fragmentação, ou
seja, que une ao invés de dividir, indagando se são esses conceitos, tanto no âmbito
da política social, ao se contraporem à setorialidade, quanto na superação de uma
prática operacional e de um saber cientifico e profissional fracionados, abrangidos
pela perspectiva da totalidade. Associada a essa formulação, foram norteadoras do
percurso da exposição as questões relacionadas às diretrizes, aos princípios e aos
elementos do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS) e do Sistema Único de
Saúde (SUS), que articulam a interdisciplinaridade e a intersetorialidade no SINASE.
