Previous issue date: 2017-10-20 / In recent years, autism has definitely been part of our public policy agenda and we can see there a kind of division between a rehabilitation perspective of disability and another of psychosocial attention. Considering the small number of publications on the treatment of childhood autism in this field, we justify the relevance of this research, whose general objective was to investigate the discourse on autism in CAPSis and CERs in Fortaleza. For that, a case study was made through interviews with professionals, on-site observations and document research. Next, we perform an analysis of the discourse by a psychoanalytic inspiration, pointing out the incidence of the four lacanian discourses in both services. As a theoretical foundation, we rescued the notion of segregation, as understood by Lacan, to think about the effects of scientific discourse on autism. Thus, we have had as a result: 1) the fact that autism has evidenced another moment in public health, where there is a slip in the ways of treating that go from psychosocial attention towards the operative model of rehabilitation of the deficiency; 2) that the same scientific discourse and its segregative effects can be found in both services, but that it is still possible to identify in their daily life small insubordination capable of circumventing the effects of the logic of science and capital; and 3) that ¿ despite science and capitalism irrefailably following its course ¿ psychoanalysis, from its ethical and subversive position, plays an important role in this field of action, for refusing to place the subject in the corner of his practice.
Keywords: Psychoanalysis; Autism; Public health; Segregation. / Nos últimos anos, o autismo entrou, em definitivo, na pauta de nossas políticas públicas e podemos presenciar aí uma espécie de divisão entre uma perspectiva reabilitadora da deficiência e outra da atenção psicossocial. Considerando o pequeno número de publicações sobre o tratamento do autismo infantil nesse campo, justificamos a relevância desta pesquisa, cujo objetivo geral foi investigar o discurso sobre o autismo nos CAPSis e CERs de Fortaleza. Para tanto, foi feito um estudo de caso através de entrevistas com profissionais, observações in loco e investigação de documentos. Em seguida, realizamos uma análise do discurso de inspiração psicanalítica, apontando a incidência dos quatro discursos lacanianos em ambos os serviços. Como fundamento teórico, resgatamos a noção de segregação, tal como entendida por Lacan, para pensar acerca dos efeitos do discurso tecnocientífico sobre o autismo. Assim, tivemos como resultado: 1) o fato de que o autismo tem evidenciado um outro momento na saúde pública, em que há um deslizamento nas formas de tratar que vão da atenção psicossocial em direção ao modelo operativo da reabilitação da deficiência; 2) que o mesmo discurso tecnocientífico e seus efeitos segregativos podem ser encontrados tanto nos CAPSis quanto nos CERs, mas que ainda é possível identificar no cotidiano desses serviços pequenas insubordinações capazes de driblar os efeitos da lógica da ciência e do capital; e 3) que ¿ apesar da ciência e do capitalismo seguirem irrefreavelmente seu rumo ¿ a psicanálise, a partir de sua posição ética e subversiva, tem papel importante nesse campo de atuação, por se negar a colocar o sujeito no escanteio de sua prática.
