Previous issue date: 2009-12-18 / This thesis deals with the topic of violence in the context of organized soccer fan clubs, when in contrast with the impasse of law in times of anomie. The goal is to investigate the outbreak of violence in soccer fan clubs and the relationship that is established between the current discourse and the law. The specific objectives are: a) to analyze the relationship that the organized fan clubs have with the law b) to investigate the changing process of the social bond between the fans who go from order to violence c) to identify the causes that turn the fan club into a space chosen to commit acts of violence against others. The study is made in the light of psychoanalysis, with emphasis on the readings of Freud, Lacan and other contemporary authors, in dialogue with authors of Philosophy and Sociology. It uses the semi-structured interview, based on topic guides. The field work was conducted with six team supporters connected with the two biggest soccer fan clubs of a Brazilian capital. At first, three theoretical categories were used: the social bond, law and violence, and the field emerging organization category. In the results, the following issues are presented as representatives of the analyzed material: a) Social bonding (relationships and feelings, belonging and identification); b) Law (relationship and role of the authorities, illegal, parallel power, control and punishment), c) Violence (triviality; territorial; social context and media) d) Organization (human and material resources, division of labor and hierarchy, strategies, profitability and capital gains). As final conclusion, it can be said that though violence is denied as a target within the fan clubs, it appears camouflaged, diluted in the internal movements. The relationship that the organized fan clubs seem to establish with the law suggests an anomic way which has had several aspects, playing a constant state of suspension and justifying this with the particular needs of social subjects. And finally, a subversion of the bond is established in a context in which the subjective choices present themselves impoverished and the requirement to enjoyment stands out, consequently, the passage to the act is present and even considered as a kind of trophy.
Keywords: Violence, Law, Social Bond, Anomie; Organized Fan Clubs; Psychoanalysis. / A dissertação trata do tema violência, no contexto das torcidas organizadas de futebol, frente aos impasses da lei, em tempos de anomia. Tem como objetivo geral investigar a manifestação da violência nas torcidas organizadas de futebol e a relação que estabelecem entre o discurso vigente e a lei. Os objetivos específicos são: a) analisar a relação que as torcidas organizadas estabelecem com a lei; b) investigar o processo de mudança do laço social entre os torcedores que passam da ordem à violência; c) identificar as causas que tornam a torcida organizada um espaço escolhido para cometer atos violentos contra o próximo. O estudo é conduzido à luz da Psicanálise com ênfase na leitura de Freud, de Lacan e de outros teóricos contemporâneos, em diálogo com autores da Filosofia e da Sociologia. É uma pesquisa que utiliza a entrevista semi-estruturada como técnica de campo, norteada por tópicos-guia. O trabalho de campo foi realizado com seis torcedores ligados às duas maiores torcidas organizadas de uma capital brasileira. Trabalhou-se com três categorias teóricas a priori: laço social, lei e violência e a categoria organização emergente do campo. Nos resultados foram apresentados os seguintes temas como representantes do material analisado: a) Laço social (vínculos; sentimentos; pertencimento e identificação); b) Lei (relacionamento e papel das autoridades; ilegalidade; poder paralelo; controle e punição); c) Violência (banalização; territorialização; contexto social e mídia); d) Organização (recursos humanos e materiais; divisão do trabalho e hierarquia, estratégias; lucratividade e mais-valia). Nas considerações finais concluiu-se que a violência, embora negada como objetivo dentro das torcidas, aparece camuflada, diluída nos movimentos internos. A relação que as torcidas organizadas parecem estabelecer com a lei sugere uma forma anômica a qual tem tomado aspectos diversos, desempenhando um constante estado de suspensão com a justificativa de atender a necessidades particulares dos sujeitos sociais. E, por fim, uma subversão do laço se estabelece num contexto em que as escolhas subjetivas apresentam-se empobrecidas e os imperativos de gozo sobressaem-se. Consequentemente, a passagem ao ato se faz presente chegando a ser considerada como uma espécie de troféu.
