Previous issue date: 2015-03-31 / There are a lot of discussion about people with disabilities , their rights and duties,
acceptance and participation in civil society, whose existence has been historically marked by
segregation, failure and social exclusion. This study proposes to analyze the speeches
involved in sexualities challenged as abject production, privileging the intersections between
body, gender, and sexuality in the context of family management of subject narrated in a
construction of intellectual abnormality, considering the complex social processes that
involve the construction of subject positions under the experimentation of their sexuality.
Adopt as an analysis field the educational institutional social practices and its relationship
with the speeches/practices of the family management in a cartographic clipping that
problematizes body, gender, and sexuality of subject narrated in a construction of intellectual
abnormality in the health and education field, seeking in/of the family management the
discursive constructions that imply the (in)visibility of these subjects sexuality in social
context. Likewise, we privilege approximate readings of cultural and feminist studies, in a
deconstructionist post-structuralist perspective, in a counter-argument on which we can
discuss the processes of subjectivation of the subject prepared in historical buildings of
rejection of his sexuality. The analysis of dialogue was based on external modes of exclusion
(forbidden word, segregation of the word and will of truth) of Foucaultian discourse analysis,
which discursive and non-discursive constructions are impregnated with truths produced by
knowledge that lodge the subject in spaces of submissiveness and social practices of
oppression. Realize how much the discursive constructions take the markers of disability as
relations of power/knowledge elements and subordinate themselves to the sexual culture
statutes, which has in education, in health and family targets relevant to the construction of
these exclusive relationships. The findings of the study allow to understand the construction

of the bodies produced in the social-historical speeches and in the articulation of statements
that define the materiality of abject/monstrous and (in)correctable subject, narrated "disabled"
from the discursive games performed in normativities in complex institutional networks that
are triggered in the management of sexuality and "disabilities", providing certain
intelligibility on the hierarchies of power that regulate this subject in the field of inequality in
health and education services and the implications of sexuality in meeting the needs and care
in situations of vulnerability, violence and sexual abuse.

participação na sociedade civil, cuja existência tem sido historicamente marcada pela
segregação, omissão e exclusão social. Este trabalho tem como proposta analisar os discursos
envolvidos na produção de sexualidades interpeladas como abjetas, privilegiando as
intersecções entre corpo, gênero e sexualidade no contexto da gestão familiar de sujeitos
narrados numa construção de anormalidade intelectual, considerando os processos sociais
complexos que envolvem a construção de posições de sujeitos tutelados nas experienciações
da sua sexualidade. Adotamos como campo de análise as práticas sociais educativas
institucionais e suas relações com os discursos/práticas da gestão familiar, em um recorte
cartográfico que problematiza corpo, gênero e sexualidade dos sujeitos narrados numa
construção de anormalidade intelectual no campo da saúde e educação, buscando na/da
gestão familiar as construções discursivas que implicam a (in)visibilidade da sexualidade
desses sujeitos no contexto da sociedade. Do mesmo modo, privilegiamos leituras
aproximadas dos estudos culturais e feministas, numa perspectiva desconstrucionista pósestruturalista,
num contra-argumento com base no qual podemos discutir os processos de
subjetivação do sujeito elaborados em construções históricas de exclusão da sua sexualidade.
A análise das interlocuções baseou-se nos modos externos de exclusão (palavra proibida,
segregação da palavra e vontade de verdade) da análise do discurso Foucaultiano, cujas
construções discursivas e não discursivas são impregnadas de verdades produzidas pelos
conhecimentos que alojam os sujeitos em espaços de assujeitamento e práticas sociais de
opressão. Percebemos o quanto as construções discursivas tomam os marcadores de
deficiência como elementos das relações de poder/saber e o quanto se subordinam aos
estatutos da cultura sexual, que têm na educação, na saúde e na família alvos relevantes para

a construção dessas relações excludentes. Os achados do estudo permitem compreender a
construção dos corpos produzidos nos discursos histórico-sociais e na articulação de
enunciados que definem a materialidade do sujeito abjeto/monstruoso e (in)corrigível,
narrado deficiente a partir dos jogos discursivos performatizados em normatividades nas
complexas redes institucionais que são acionadas na gestão da sexualidade e deficiência ,
fornecendo certa inteligibilidade sobre as hierarquias de poder que regulam esse sujeito no
campo da desigualdade nos serviços de saúde e educação e as implicações da sexualidade no
atendimento das necessidades e cuidados em situações de vulnerabilidade, violência e abuso
sexual.
