Previous issue date: 2015-10-07 / The Psychological Attendance shown as a possibility to overcome limits that psychotherapy has, by meeting the person at the nearest time the lived experience of suffering appears. Direct contact with the practice of Emergency Psychological Service made us see the real needs of the users of that service to be heard by a psychologist, as a form of support to deal with end of life situations. We highlight their historical background, especially the psychological counseling that was developed in the Psychology Institute of the University of São Paulo. We have come to call the historic building of the duty in several contexts in which it was deployed to present its most important features. The theoretical basis of Emergency Psychological Service is the thought of Carl Rogers. He refine his understanding of clinical, leaving a model driven and trained wich reflect the ideas and client's feelings for the offering of conditions that facilitate the therapeutic change answers. To support the epistemological target, we use the ambiguous phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty considering the overlap of man in the world and proposes as a new ontological project. The notion of ambiguity can be understood from the words meat (Chair) and chiasm. The word Meat can be understood as an undivided being of the body and being of the world. The chiasm designates the inside and the outside articulated each other. He's entanglement and reversibility, able to overcome the opposition of reflection. Both emphasize the mutual constitution of man with the world. This research aimed to investigate the ambiguous status of the psychological clinic, observed in the locus of Emergency Psychological Service to this end, we consider necessary to identify the experience lived by the patient, to understand the lived of the experience from the professional on duty and analyze the constitution of this service. We opted for a qualitative methodology through the phenomenological analysis of content. We used open interviews to understand the experience that was lived in the Emergency Psychological Service calls. We interviewed five psychologists who attended in the Emergency Psychological Service, to which the ethical aspects of the research were garanteed. We discussed the analysis of the results of the interviews, which gather the contents in units of meaning into three general units that were deployed in eleven other subunits of specific sense. The first general unit presented the patient's experience served in psychological duty that, in general, is in a crisis condition in their suffering. In the second, the duty physician experience which is a surprising relationship with the Emergency Psychological Service, with fear and admiration. Finally, in the third, we analyze the psychological duty service as a process that has its own characteristics and its relationship with psychotherapy. Thus, it was possible to understand the Emergency Psychological Service as a privileged locus of psychology clinic which takes own development and can significantly contribute to the Psychology.

Ambiguity. / O plantão psicológico se mostra como uma possibilidade de superar limites que a psicoterapia possui, por atender a pessoa no momento mais próximo em que a experiência vivida de sofrimento aparece. O contato direto com a prática do plantão psicológico nos fez ver a real necessidade dos usuários desse serviço de serem escutados por um psicólogo, como uma forma de suporte para lidar com situações limites da vida. Destacamos seus antecedentes históricos, especialmente, o aconselhamento psicológico que era desenvolvido no Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de São Paulo. Percorremos a construção histórica do plantão em diversos contextos em que foi implantado, para apresentar suas características mais importantes. Na base teórica do Plantão encontra-se o pensamento de Carl Rogers. Ele aprimorou sua compreensão de clínica, saindo de um modelo de respostas conduzidas e treinadas que refletem as ideias e os sentimentos do cliente para o oferecimento de condições facilitadoras da mudança terapêutica. Para sustentar a visada epistemológica, utilizamos a fenomenologia ambígua de Merleau-Ponty que considera a imbricação do homem no mundo e a propõe como novo projeto ontológico. A noção de ambiguidade pode ser compreendida a partir dos vocábulos Carne (Chair) e Quiasma. A palavra Carne pode ser entendida como a indivisão do ser do corpo e do ser do mundo. O Quiasma designa o dentro e o fora articulados um ao outro. Ele é entrelaçamento e reversibilidade, capaz de superar as oposições da reflexão. Ambos enfatizam a mútua constituição do homem com o mundo. Esta pesquisa se propôs a investigar a condição ambígua da clínica psicológica, observada no lócus do plantão psicológico. Para este fim, consideramos necessário identificar a experiência vivida pelo paciente, compreender os vividos da experiência do plantonista e analisar a constituição desse serviço. Optamos por uma metodologia qualitativa, através da análise fenomenológica de conteúdos. Utilizamos entrevistas abertas para compreender a experiência que foi vivenciada nos atendimentos do plantão psicológico. Entrevistamos cinco psicólogos que atenderam no plantão psicológico, aos quais foram assegurados os aspectos éticos da pesquisa. Discutimos a análise dos resultados das entrevistas, onde reunimos os conteúdos em unidades de sentido em três unidades gerais que se desdobraram em outras onze subunidades de sentido específicas. A primeira unidade geral apresentou a experiência do paciente atendido no plantão psicológico que, em geral, está numa condição de crise em seu sofrimento. Na segunda, a experiência do plantonista que se encontra numa relação surpreendente com o plantão psicológico, com temores e admiração. Por fim, na terceira, analisamos o serviço de plantão psicológico, enquanto um processo que possui características próprias e sua relação com a psicoterapia. Com isso, foi possível compreender o Plantão como um lócus privilegiado da clínica psicológica que assume desenvolvimento próprio e pode contribuir significativamente com a Psicologia.
