Previous issue date: 2016-09-02 / Environment is understood in this study as a set of relationships with mothers and
fathers, family settings, school relationships, community and local hangouts, in
addition to political opportunities, economic and social, affordable or not. This
dissertation is the study of the meanings attributed by adolescents in conflict with the
law on the environment to which they relate. Specifically, it aimed to: investigate the
relationship of adolescents with their mothers, fathers and families; investigate the
relationship of adolescents with school /college; characterize the relationship of
adolescents with the locality in which they live and places they like to attend. The
locus was the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance [CREAS] Maria
Pureza in Aracaju, Sergipe, five interviews were conducted with the first participant,
MC and one with the second, Snek. Data were analyzed by Discourse Analysis. In
the data colleted, the mothers were associated with affection; parents were absent or
only acted after the offense; families were developed; schools were punctuated by
problems with authority figures in one case and failures in both cases; the places
where they live and attend were facilitators transitionality the creative productions. It
is concluded that the environment brings chances of choice or limitations and the
decisions taken by adolescents were based on offers made by environments. The
study found that actions and public policies that act on the environment from this
perspective, can bring effective solutions to the issue, acting for the prevention of
criminal behavior.

Psychoanalysis. / Ambiente é entendido neste estudo como o conjunto das relações com mães e pais,
configurações familiares, relações escolares, comunitárias e com os locais
frequentados, além das oportunidades políticas, econômicas e sociais, acessíveis
ou não. Esta dissertação é o estudo dos sentidos atribuídos por adolescentes em
conflito com a lei sobre o ambiente com o qual se relacionam. Especificamente,
objetivou-se: pesquisar a relação dos adolescentes com suas mães, pais e
familiares; investigar a relação dos adolescentes com a escola/colégio; caracterizar
a relação dos adolescentes com a localidade na qual vivem e lugares que mais
gostam de frequentar. O lócus foi o Centro de Referência Especializado de
Assistência Social [CREAS] Maria Pureza em Aracaju, Sergipe, foram realizadas
cinco entrevistas com o primeiro participante, MC e uma com o segundo, Snek. Os
dados foram analisados pela Análise de Discurso. Nos dados obtidos, as mães
foram associadas a carinho; os pais foram ausentes ou só atuaram após o ato
infracional; as famílias foram idealizadas; as escolas foram pontuadas por
problemas com as figuras de autoridade em um dos casos e reprovações em ambos
os casos; os locais onde vivem e que frequentam foram facilitadores da
transicionalidade pelas produções criativas. Concluiu-se que o ambiente traz
chances de escolha ou limitações e as decisões tomadas pelos adolescentes foram
feitas com base nas ofertas realizadas pelos ambientes. O estudo apontou que
ações e políticas públicas que atuem sobre o ambiente por esta perspectiva, podem
trazer soluções efetivas à questão, agindo para a prevenção da prática infracional.
