Dissertacao Pamela Rodrigues Pereira.pdf: 1563940 bytes, checksum: f06c7287a57031aa43efc4d3fbf308f3 (MD5) / Este trabalho tem como objetivo central analisar a atuação do pedagogo em instituições de abrigos do município de Vitória, estado do Espírito Santo, e, a partir dessa análise, desvelar o campo de atuação do pedagogo nessa área, ampliar o arcabouço teórico que trata da formação do pedagogo, investigar, por meio da escuta de discentes finalistas, se o currículo do Curso de Pedagogia – versão 2006 oferece bases teórico-metodológicas para qualificar esse profissional a atuar em instituições dessa natureza. Trata-se de uma investigação de natureza qualitativa, com abordagem do estudo de caso do tipo etnográfico, na perspectiva históricocultural. Para a qual faz uso de procedimentos tais como a observação participante,
a análise de documentos e a entrevista. Define como lócus do estudo o Centro de Educação da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo e cinco abrigos do município de Vitória-ES integrantes do Projeto Viva a Vida, da Fundação Fé e Alegria, conveniada com a Prefeitura Municipal de Vitória-ES por meio da Secretaria Municipal da Assistência Social. Destaca como resultados as possibilidades de redimensionamento e reestruturação do currículo do Curso de Pedagogia para a formação em contextos não escolares. No caso específico dos abrigos, aponta que há necessidade de discutir e conhecer melhor esse campo, uma vez que crianças e adolescentes que estão sob medida de abrigo também são alunos. / This study aims at examining the work of teachers in institutions of shelters in the city of Vitória, state of Espírito Santo, and from this analysis, unveiling the field work of teachers in this area, expand the theoretical framework that deals with the formation pedagogue, investigate, through listening to students finalists, if the curriculum of the Education Course - 2006 version offers theoretical and methodological bases to
qualify this professional acting in such institutions. This is a qualitative research approach, with a case study of the ethnographic, cultural-historical perspective. To which makes use of procedures such as participant observation, document analysis and interviews. Defines how the locus of study Education Center of the Federal University of Espírito Santo and five shelters in the city of Vitória-ES members of the Project Viva Life, Faith and Joy Foundation, contracted by the Municipality of Vitória- ES through the Secretariat Municipal Social Welfare. Highlights the possibilities and results of resizing and restructuring of the curriculum of the Education Course for training in non-school contexts. In the specific case shelters, points out that there is a need to discuss and learn more about this field, since children and teenagers who
are bespoke shelter are also students.
