language of the children with zero to three years old (according to the Historic-Cultural
Theory), about the perception of the teachers from the kindergarten on the importance of
the pedagogical practices in the development of the oral language of the children and the
influence of the communication set between the teacher and the children. It makes us think
specifically about the scenery in a kindergarten in the city of Manaus. This paper presents
as its general objective to understand the relation between the dialogue set among the
teachers and the children and the development of the oral language in the pedagogical
practice of the crèche. It is a qualitative research where we used as methodological
procedures: the bibliographical research, the participant observations, the auto-analysis
through short videos and the semi-structured interviews. By the readings, the dialogues, the
classes and the orientations, we also try to notice and understand the crèche inside of a
political movement that brings issues as the formation and the valorization of the teacher’s
work, the role of the crèche and its concepts of children and childhood that are present in
the teacher’s practice. The results of the investigation are: the necessity of making possible
to the children the speech in the school context, taking into consideration what they say and
face the dialogical challenges, giving continuity to the thought presented by them,
questioning them and making them think deeply the themes approached. Furthermore, we
highlight the necessity of the educators to deepen their knowledge on the importance of
their pedagogical actions in the development of the children’s language and thought,
making possible to create a space for communication and a more participant and relevant
one. We believe to be necessary to consolidate the children’s autonomy and initiative, as
well as the teachers’ sensibility about the importance of the dialogues (even the small
ones), about the necessity of deepening the knowledge on children’s development in the
first childhood and find other significances of the practicing by a continuing formation in
service. / A presente pesquisa traz algumas reflexões acerca das regularidades do desenvolvimento da
linguagem oral da criança de zero a três anos (de acordo com a Teoria Histórico-Cultural),
da percepção das professoras da creche quanto à relevância das práticas pedagógicas no
desenvolvimento da linguagem oral das crianças e da influência da comunicação
estabelecida entre professora e crianças. Reflete especificamente sobre o cenário em uma
creche existente no município de Manaus. Tal estudo tem como objetivo geral compreender
a relação entre o diálogo estabelecido entre professoras e crianças e o desenvolvimento da
linguagem oral na prática pedagógica da creche. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa em
que adotamos como procedimentos metodológicos: a pesquisa bibliográfica, as observações
participantes, as autoscopias e as entrevistas semiestruturadas. Por meio das leituras, dos
diálogos, das aulas e das orientações, buscamos também perceber e compreender a creche
no interior de um movimento político que toca questões como a formação e a valorização
do trabalho do professor, a função da creche e os conceitos de criança e infância que
permeiam a prática docente. São resultados da investigação: a necessidade de possibilitar às
crianças a fala no contexto escolar, levando em consideração o que dizem e travar desafios
dialógicos, dando continuidade ao pensamento apresentado por elas, questionando-as e
fazendo-as refletir mais profundamente sobre os temas abordados. Além disso, ressaltamos
a necessidade das educadoras de aprofundarem seus conhecimentos quanto à importância
de suas ações pedagógicas no desenvolvimento da linguagem e do pensamento infantil,
possibilitando, dessa maneira, um espaço comunicativo ainda mais participativo e
relevante. Acreditamos ser necessário consolidar a autonomia e iniciativa das crianças, bem
como a sensibilização das professoras quanto à importância dos diálogos (mesmo dos
pequenos), da necessidade de aprofundamento dos conhecimentos sobre o desenvolvimento
infantil na primeira infância e da ressignificação das práticas por intermédio de uma
formação continuada em serviço.
