mediator to produce a identity to the world, it develops a significant role in the establishment
of the worker as a subject. This research used as theoretical support the Psychodynamics of
the Work that is dedicated to the studying of the subjective dimension of work and including
the contributions of Clinical Social Psychology to assist in the comprehension of the Work of
Sense. The objective of this research was to understand the organization of the work of
higher-level technicians of youth centers in Manaus, its impact on the suffering of experiences
and enjoyment and the sense of this work for them, its purpose was to characterize the
organization of work prescribed and real, identify the suffering of aggravating the work and
defensive strategies, comprehend the mobilizers of pleasure and the facing up strategies of
stress at work, the meaning of the work of higher-level technicians and their relationship with
the subjective mobilization as well as. Seven techniques were participants, including social
workers, psychologists and pedagogues who work in the socio-educational system,
specifically in inpatient units or semi freedom for adolescent males and females. It was used
as a tool for data collection of semi-structured individual interviews. All interviews were
carried out on site and each participant working hours. The analysis technique used was
proposed by Moraes (2010) to articulate the theory dejourian the systematic analysis of
Grounded Theory. The research identified the organization of the prescribed work of the
technical and highlighted the difficulty of most of the interviewed to assign meaning to their
doing, it was possible to interpret the silence, pre-formulated speech or uncritical as an
expression of suffering at work, it was found little opening for the establishment of a dialogue
on the alternations of the work, the real work and their impact on the implementation of the
task and just a little has been said about the mobilizers pleasure at work. / O trabalho comporta a dimensão do prazer e do sofrimento e pode ser pensado como um
mediador para uma identidade frente ao mundo. Exerce deste modo um papel significativo na
constituição do trabalhador enquanto sujeito. A presente pesquisa utilizou como aporte teórico
a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho que se dedica a estudar a dimensão subjetiva do trabalho, bem
como contou com as contribuições da Psicologia Social Clínica para auxiliar na compreensão
do Sentido do Trabalho. O objetivo desta pesquisa é compreender a organização do trabalho
dos técnicos de nível superior de centros socioeducativos na cidade de Manaus, seu
desdobramento sobre as vivências de sofrimento e prazer bem como o sentido deste trabalho
para os mesmos, caracterizar a organização do trabalho prescrita e real, identificar os
agravantes de sofrimento no trabalho e as estratégias defensivas, compreender os
mobilizadores de prazer e as estratégias de enfrentamento do sofrimento no trabalho, assim
como o sentido do trabalho dos profissionais e sua relação com a mobilização subjetiva. A
pesquisa envolveu sete participantes, entre elas assistentes sociais, psicólogas e pedagoga que
atuam no sistema socioeducativo, especificamente em unidades de internação ou
semiliberdade para adolescentes dos sexos masculino e feminino. Foi utilizada como
instrumento para coleta de dados a entrevista individual semiestruturada. Todas as entrevistas
foram realizadas no local e no horário de trabalho de cada participante. A técnica de análise
utilizada foi a proposta por Moraes (2010) ao articular a teoria dejouriana à sistemática de
Análise da Teoria Fundamentada/Grounded Theory. A pesquisa identificou a organização do
trabalho prescrita como a categoria de maior expressão na fala das participantes e evidenciou
a dificuldade da maioria em atribuir sentido ao seu fazer. Foi possível interpretar o silêncio, as
falas pré-formuladas ou acríticas como uma expressão de sofrimento no trabalho, constatou-se
pouca abertura para o estabelecimento de um diálogo sobre as vicissitudes do trabalho, o real
do trabalho e seus impactos sobre a execução da tarefa e ainda sobre os mobilizadores de
prazer no trabalho.
