Neste trabalho analisou-se o processo de construção do grupo farmacêutico no Rio Grande do Sul. Foram analisadas as condições sociais em que ocorreu o trabalho de construção da sua legitimidade, identificando os principios de legitimação, as estratégias utilizadas e as relações que estes agentes estabeleceram internamente ao grupo e com outros grupos profissionais que estavam se constituindo. / In this work it was analysed the structuring process of the pharmaceutists in the state of Rio Grande do Sul as well as the social conditions it has occured in, being identified the principles of the strategies applied and the relations those agents have established internally and with another professional groups in constitution along the twentieth century.
