Apesar da tecnologia poder proporcionar um ensino agilizado e rápido, os aprendizes podem algumas vezes se sentir perdidos em ambientes de aprendizagem via Web. Considerando esse aspecto, propõe-se nesta investigação a tese de que a distância que se forma entre as novas tecnologias educacionais, EaD inteligente, e a ausência de habilidades de autogerenciamento dos aprendizes pode vir atingir a Auto-Eficácia, a qual, por sua vez, está indiretamente relacionada com a motivação (BANDURA 2002). Esta investigação é um trabalho interdisciplinar constituído das áreas de Psicologia, Inteligência Artificial e Ciências Biológicas. Apresenta uma análise exploratória sobre as táticas de Feedback e sua relação com a Auto-Eficácia do aprendiz em um ambiente de aprendizagem virtual. Através de uma metodologia quase-experimental, é seleciona-se, implementou-se e analisou-se as táticas pedagógicas de feedback como alternativa para auxiliar na promoção da auto-eficácia do aprendiz inferida pelo sistema computacional InteliWeb de aprendizagem via WEB. / Although the technology power can make the teaching faster, the learner can feel lost in a learning environment. They don’t believe in themselves. They don’t believe that they are able to finish a course or they don’t think that they could learn by computer. It considerate these aspects and realize that there is a gap between educational technology and self-monitoring abilities. The lack of abilities of the self apprentices could reach the self-efficacy, which in turn is indirectly related to motivation (BANDURA, 2000). This investigation is an interdisciplinary work and composed by Psychology, Artificial Intelligent and natural Science. It’s presents an exploratory analysis about tactics of feedback and their relation with self-efficacy of the learner over learning virtual environment. Using a quasi-experimental methodology, it selected, implemented and reviewed the tactics of teaching feedback as an alternative to assist in the promotion of self-efficacy of apprentice inferred by the system of learning via computer InteliWeb WEB.
