A comunicação mediada por computador (CMC) no final da década de 90 reconfigura os padrões comunicacionais ao possibilitar a emergência de um modelo de comunicação todos-todos. Mesmo que a parcela de indivíduos com acesso à Internet hoje ainda seja reduzida, a CMC elevou exponencialmente o número de indivíduos capazes de assumir o papel de emissor em processos comunicacionais (FRAGOSO, 2007). Com a criação do termo web 2.0 em 2003, a web vive uma nova fase, cuja principal característica é a cooperação. As práticas hipertextuais têm seus padrões reconfigurados na web 2.0 e os internautas passam a não somente emitir informações como também representá-las e recuperá-las através de ferramentas específicas. A partir de um resgate histórico do hipertexto, este trabalho busca relacionar a prática hipertextual com a memória coletiva e partindo da teoria da inteligência coletiva de Pierre Lévy (1993, 1997) esta pesquisa busca demonstrar como se dá a potencialização da memória coletiva na web 2.0 através de processos hipertextuais de representação e recuperação de informações. / The computer mediated communication (CMC) in the end of the 90’s reconfigures the communications standards when making possible the emergence of a communication model many-to-may. Even if the number of individuals with Internet access today is still reduced, the CMC exponentially raised the number of individuals capable of assuming the role of publisher in communicational procedures (FRAGOSO, 2007). With the creation of the term web 2.0 in 2003, the web lives a new stage, whose main characteristic is cooperation. The hypertext functions have theirs standards reconfigured in the web 2.0 and the Internet users do not only send information but also represent and reclaim them through specific tools. From a historical retrieval of hypertext, this work intends to relate the hypertextual practical with the collective memory. Acknowledging Lévy’s collective intelligence theory (1993, 1997), this research tries to demonstrate how collective memory is potencialized in web 2.0 through hypertextual processes of representation and information retrieval.
