Previous issue date: 2011-11-12 / As discussões recentes sobre humanização na assistência à saúde têm
aparecido com bastante frequência na agenda social. Essas discussões
nascem das reivindicações dos cidadãos por seus direitos, que convocam os
gestores a elaborar projetos que viabilizem uma melhor qualificação nos
serviços prestados. Movido por esta preocupação, o Ministério da Saúde
lançou em 2000 o Programa de Humanização da Assistência Hospitalar
(PNHAH), ampliando-o em 2004 e em 2006 com a publicação do Documento
Base do HumanizaSUS, que é parte integrante do Programa Nacional de
Humanização. A temática da humanização ocorre numa época em que a crise
nas instituições é evidenciada a todo instante e os valores tradicionais
defendidos com afinco tornaram-se obsoletos, não servindo mais como
respostas para as questões hodiernas. O humano que se transhumaniza e as
verdades científicas passam a ter prazo de validade cada vez menor. É neste
contexto da Modernidade Líquida (BAUMAN, 2001, 2011), que este trabalho se
insere. Partindo de uma abordagem linguístico-discursiva, o estudo tem como
objetivo principal demonstrar que, apesar do agravamento das contradições no
mundo contemporâneo, da maquinização do homem e do esfacelamento das
instituições, é possível estabelecer relações humanizadoras no cuidado de si e
cuidado com o outro. Embora a expressão “humanizar o humano” a uma
primeira vista pareça paradoxal, entende-se aqui que, sendo a humanização
um longo processo histórico e social, ele se dá predominantemente na e pela
linguagem. Tendo a linguagem essa importância, necessita-se então repensála
e reelaborá-la, de modo que seja ela a grande política de ação. Propõe-se
então, numa perspectiva multidisciplinar, a partir do conceito de mundo sóciosubjetivo
(BRONCKART, 1999), de footing (GOFFMAN, 2002) e de dialogismo
(BAKHTIN, 2000, 2004) apresentar contribuições da Linguística para o debate
sobre o tema da Assistência Hospitalar Humanizada. / Recent discussions on humanization in health care have appeared quite
frequently on the social agenda. These discussions are born from the demands
of citizens for their rights, which calls on managers to develop projects that
allow a better qualification of the services provided. The Ministry of Health,
interested in these issues, launched in 2000 the Program for Humanization of
Hospital Care (PNHAH), expanding it in 2004 and 2006 with the publication of
the Base Document HumanizaSUS, which is part of the National Program for
Humanization. This theme of the humanization occurs at a time when crisis in
the institutions are frequently shown and traditional values become obsolete,
what means that they do not answer current questions. The human being is
being transhumanized and scientific truths are replaced expiration date
dwindling. Taking in to consideration this context, Liquid Modernity (BAUMAN,
2001, 2011), that this research was developed. From an discursive linguistic
approach, this research aims at demonstrating that, despite the contradictions
in the contemporary world, the mechanization of man and the disintegration of
institutions, relations can be established in humanizing care of themselves and
care for others. Although the term "to humanize human being" at a first glance
seems paradoxical, it is understood here that, humanizing is a long historical
and social process, it occurs predominantly in and through language. Having
language this high importance, it needs to rethink it and then reworks, because
it the major policy action. It is proposed then a multidisciplinary approach, from
the concept of socio-subjective world (BRONCKART, 1999) footing
(GOFFMAN, 2002) and dialogism (BAKHTIN, 2000, 2004) in order to present
contributions of linguistics to the Humanized Hospital Care issue.
