Previous issue date: 2015-01-16 / Os direitos à saúde da mulher foram sendo incorporados na sociedade por meio de lutas pelos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos no âmbito internacional e refletiram nacionalmente a partir das Conferências direcionadas à mulher, onde as lésbicas passaram a se inserir nesses movimentos em busca de seus direitos. Os cuidados prestados pelos enfermeiros a mulher devem ser congruentes com sua individualidade e intimidade, garantindo assistência acolhedora e resolutiva que assegure os direitos de cidadania rompendo com posturas de preconceito e invisibilidade instituídas socialmente ainda nos dias atuais nas questões relativas a orientação sexual. Este estudo objetivou analisar o cuidado do enfermeiro à mulher lésbica à luz da Teoria da Diversidade e Universalidade do Cuidado Cultural. Como resultados foram elaborados dois artigos, a saber: o primeiro, revisão integrativa que objetivou analisar a produção científica nacional e internacional sobre a assistência de enfermagem à mulher lésbica. Foram pesquisados artigos nas bases de dados: MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF, SCOPUS, e na biblioteca virtual SciELO e banco de dados COCHRANE, por meio dos descritores homossexualidade feminina, cuidados de enfermagem, promoção da saúde, saúde da mulher, e suas respectivas traduções bilíngues Inglês e Espanhol. Foram selecionados quatro artigos que destacaram as dificuldades dos profissionais da saúde em lidar com questões que envolvem sexualidade e cuidado a gays e lésbicas, o medo das mulheres em revelar sua orientação devido ao preconceito demonstrado pelos profissionais, as doenças que mais acometem lésbicas e sua vulnerabilidade e a importância da enfermagem por meio de sua formação e contribuições que podem ser disponibilizadas para as lésbicas. O segundo artigo buscou apreender quais os cuidados prestados à lésbica pelos enfermeiros da Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Trata-se de estudo descritivo, exploratório, de abordagem qualitativa, ancorada pela Teoria da Diversidade e Universalidade do Cuidado Cultural. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 17 enfermeiros das Unidades de Saúde da Família do município de Palmares/PE. Os dados foram transcritos na íntegra, pela escuta dos depoimentos gravados adicionadas as anotações do diário de campo. O processo analítico se deu a partir da técnica da análise temática sugerida por Minayo. Esta análise foi desenvolvida a partir de três etapas: 1. Pré-Análise, 2. Exploração do material, 3. Tratamento dos resultados e interpretação a partir do primeiro nível do modelo de Sunrise. Nos resultados evidenciou-se um cuidado superficial e heteronormativo não contemplando as especificidades destas mulheres no âmbito da integralidade do atendimento, pois a construção deste padrão de cuidar são influenciados pelos valores culturais e a formação acadêmica que advém os enfermeiros os quais são direcionados por saberes etnocêntricos que não condizem com as especificidades da mulher lésbica. Na perspectiva de assistência integral e inclusiva do enfermeiro a esse grupo populacional, emerge a necessidade de uma relação de respeito e vínculo, com ênfase nas ações de promoção à saúde, alicerçadas em abordagens educativas, dialógicas, participativas que valorize os saberes populares e de autonomia das mulheres lésbicas. Com isso, torna-se necessário a inclusão da temática sexualidade e gênero na formação dos enfermeiros além de capacitações que possibilitem a construção de planos de cuidado congruentes às especificidades da lésbica. / Women health rights has been incorporated by society through the fight for sexual and reproductive rights in the international scope and reflected nationally from the conferences directed to women, where lesbians began to insert in such movements, looking for their rights. The care given by the nurse to the women must be congruent with their individuality and intimacy, assuring a welcoming and solving assistance. This study objective is to analyze the care given by the nurse to the lesbian, by the light of the Theory of the Cultural Care Diversity and Universality. As result, two articles were produced: first, an integrative review that aimed to analyze the national and international scientific production about the nurse assistance to the lesbian. Articles where researched in the MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF and SCOPUS databases, and in the virtual libraries SciELO and COCHRANE, by the descriptions of feminine homosexuality, nurse care, health promotion, women health, and its respective translations to English and Spanish. Four articles that highlighted the difficulties of the health workers has with issues about sexuality and attendance to gays and lesbians were selected, like the fear of prejudice by health workers that made women hide their sexual orientation, the most common diseases and vulnerabilities affecting lesbians and the importance of the nursery by its formation and contribution that can be given to lesbians. The second article tried to apprehend which care where given to the lesbian by the nurse of the Family Health Strategy. It's a descriptive study, exploratory by a qualitative research, based on the Theory of the Cultural Care Diversity and Universality. Semi-structured interviews were made to seventeen nurses from the Family Health Strategy from the city of Palmares, Pernambuco. The interviews were transcribed in full, by the transcription of records, added to annotations in the field journal. The analysis process was made by the thematic analysis technique suggested by Minayo. It was made in three stages: 1. Preliminary analysis, 2. Data exploration, 3. Result treatment and interpretation by the first level of Sunrise's model. The results showed the nurses worldview and the dimension of their social and cultural structures out of religious, familiar, social and educational factors, who directed the care given by the nurse to the lesbian. The cultural values and academical formation of the nurses impact on such care, resulting in a superficial and heretonormative care, not contemplating the specificity of such women in the integrality of attendance. With that, becomes necessary the inclusion of the sexuality and gender themes on the formation of the nurses, and capacities that allow the construction of care plans consistent with the specifics of the lesbians.
