Previous issue date: 2015-03-24 / Neste estudo, sob um prisma pós-estruturalista, apresentamos uma discussão sobre a possibilidade de [re]leitura do papel do Microcrédito Produtivo Orientado (MPO) como suporte para a Ação Empreendedora por meio do uso da Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD), sob a perspectiva de Norman Fairclough. A problemática do estudo advém de indícios conflitantes apontados por pesquisas científicas sobre o tema, que ora indicam ganhos, ora indicam perdas socioeconômicas para os tomadores de crédito dos Programas de Microcrédito. As referidas pesquisas relegam a um segundo plano as subjetividades e as práticas discursivas dos sujeitos envolvidos no processo de concessão e uso do MPO como instrumento de fomento às atividades empreendedoras de cidadãos de baixa renda, ou seja, pessoas que vivem com menos de dois dólares por dia. O objetivo do estudo consiste em aclarar quais são as práticas discursivas dos sujeitos participantes do processo de concessão e uso do MPO como suporte para a Ação Empreendedora de mulheres artesãs no contexto do Empreender JP. Buscamos elucidar, com as lentes analíticas da ACD, como é possível alargar a compreensão sobre o MPO a partir da identificação e análise das práticas discursivas desses sujeitos. A hipótese de trabalho que defendemos neste estudo consistiu em afirmar que o MPO tem impacto limitado como suporte para a Ação Empreendedora de mulheres artesãs. Como principais resultados do estudo, constatamos que existe convergência entre os discursos dos referidos sujeitos no tocante à importância do crédito a juros baixos como suporte para a Ação Empreendedora de mulheres artesãs tomadoras de crédito do Empreender JP. Em contrapartida, que há divergência entre os discursos dos ofertantes do crédito e dessas tomadoras de crédito no que diz respeito à capacitação destas no suporte para a sua Ação Empreendedora. / In this study, within a post-structuralist perspective, a discussion on the possibility of [re]reading the role of the Productive Oriented Microcredit (POM) as support for the Entrepreneurial Action through the perspective of the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) and under the prospect of Norman Fairclough is presented. The study problem stems from conflicting evidence pointed out by scientific research on the subject, which at times indicate gains, and on different occasions indicate socioeconomic losses for the borrowers of Microcredit Programs. Such studies relegate to a low priority background the subjectivities and the discursive practices of the participants in the process of granting and use of POM as a promotion instrument for entrepreneurial activities of low-income people, that is, people living on less than two dollars a day. The objective of this study is to clarify what are the discursive practices of the subjects participating in the process of granting and use of POM as a support for the Entrepreneurial Action of the women artisans within the Entrepreneurship JP context. We seek to clarify with the analytical lens of CDA, how it is possible to expand the understanding of the POM from the identification and analysis of the discursive practices of these subjects. The working hypothesis advocated in this study asserts that the POM has limited impact as a support for the Entrepreneurial Action of the women artisans. As the main results of the study, we found that there is convergence between the discourses of the subjects on the importance of credit at low interest rates as a support for the Entrepreneurial Action of female artisans, credit borrowers of the Entrepreneurship JP. In contrast, there is disagreement between the discourses of credit offerers and credit borrowers regarding the training of the latter in support of their Entrepreneurial Action.
