Previous issue date: 2015-10-29 / A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar o processo de implementação do Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação Básica na modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos – Formação Inicial e Continuada (PROEJA FIC), no âmbito da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Salvador no período de 2010 a 2012 (primeira experiência do programa no Sistema Municipal de Educação). A pesquisa pautou-se na abordagem qualitativa, orientada pelo estudo de caso. Foram utilizados como técnica de coleta de dados a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, além de entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores, gestor e coordenador de curso. Por meio dos dados levantados verificou-se que aspectos importantes para o desenvolvimento do programa não foram considerados no momento da sua implementação. Um desses aspectos refere-se à formação coletiva da equipe de profissionais que trabalhariam com o programa. Outro aspecto negativo é que não houve maior abrangência do programa no que se refere à ampliação da oferta. O programa ficou restrito a uma única escola e aos cursos iniciais. Os dados também revelaram que diante das fragilidades do programa e das dificuldades vivenciadas pelos professores, os mesmos não conseguem ver um horizonte promissor para o PROEJA FIC. Conclui-se que embora a institucionalização do PROEJA FIC tenha representado a inserção de uma proposta educativa diferenciada para o público da EJA no âmbito da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Salvador, tal ação não causou impactos significativos para a modalidade. Entretanto, acredita-se que por meio de um processo integrado de avaliação e reconfiguração do programa, o PROEJA FIC possa tornar-se uma alternativa educacional com grande potencial formativo para o público da Educação de Jovens e Adultos. / This study aimed to analyze the process of implementing the National Programme for Vocational Education Integration with Basic Education in the form of Youth and Adult Education - Initial and Continuing (PROEJA FIC), under the Salvador Municipal Education in the period 2010 to 2012 (first experience of the program in the Municipal Education System). The research was based on the qualitative approach, guided by the case study. They were used as data collection technique bibliographic and documentary research as well as semi-structured interviews with teachers, manager and course coordinator. Through the data gathered it was found that important aspects for the development of the program were not considered at the time of its implementation. One of these refers to the collective training of the team of professionals who would work with the program. Another negative aspect is that there was no greater scope of I schedule with regard to the expansion of supply. The program was restricted to a single school and the initial courses. The data also revealed that before the program's weaknesses and difficulties experienced by teachers, they can not see a promising horizon for PROEJA FIC. We conclude that although the institutionalization of PROEJA FIC has represented the inclusion of a differentiated educational proposal to the public of AYE within the City Department of Education Salvador, such action did not cause significant impacts to the sport. However, it is believed that through an integrated process of assessment and reconfiguration program, the PROEJA FIC can become an educational alternative with great potential for training the public of Youth and Adult Educatio.
