Previous issue date: 2016-11-24 / A maternidade lésbica encontra-se dentre os processos revolucionários que estão sendo construídos e inseridos na infraestrutura da vida cotidiana, provocando novas demandas e anseios. Diante disso, a Teoria das Representações Sociais se apresenta como possibilidade para compreensão do senso comum acerca da maternidade lésbica, assim, este estudo buscou resposta à seguinte questão norteadora: Quais as representações sociais sobre a maternidade no contexto social heteronormativo construídas por lésbicas? Para tanto, esta dissertação objetivou conhecer as representações sociais sobre a maternidade construídas por lésbicas no contexto social heteronormativo. Para subsidiar a pesquisa foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico, tipo revisão integrativa, nas bases de dados SCOPUS, CINAHL, LILACS e BDENF que objetivou analisar a produção científica nacional e internacional da enfermagem sobre a maternidade de mães lésbicas. Os resultados foram submetidos à avaliação metodológica pelo instrumento adaptado do Critical Appraisal Skills Programme, e os artigos que compuseram a amostra descreveram as experiências de três países acerca da maternidade lésbica. A amostra foi composta por cinco artigos, todos na língua inglesa. A revisão evidenciou a precariedade na qualidade da assistência, profissionais da saúde preconceituosos e com questionamentos inadequados acerca da orientação sexual. O artigo original objetivou conhecer as representações sociais sobre a maternidade construídas por lésbicas no contexto social heteronormativo. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo exploratório com abordagem qualitativa, ancorado pela Teoria das Representações Sociais. As participantes do estudo foram mães que se assumem lésbicas. Os dados foram produzidos por meio de entrevistas gravadas a partir de um roteiro semiestruturado. A análise dos dados foi concretizada por meio do software IRAMUTEQ. O mesmo evidenciou os conteúdos representacionais sobre maternidade lésbica e em que se encontram ancorados. A representação social ficou ancorada nas experiências acerca da maternidade estabelecidas a partir da forma como as mães lésbicas integraram-se no contexto social. A amostra foi totalizada por oito mães lésbicas na faixa etária dos 28 aos 46 anos, selecionadas pela técnica em cadeia (Snowball). Os conteúdos representacionais das participantes sobre a maternidade voltaram-se às questões de discriminação, preconceito, invisibilidade e exclusão social. Faz-se necessário que o conhecimento sobre a temática abordada ganhe novos conceitos e os mesmos sejam disseminados no meio social e acadêmico; considerando as demandas, as especificidades e as representações sociais destas mulheres que vivem à margem da dinâmica social. / Lesbian motherhood is among the revolutionary processes that are being constructed and inserted into the daily life infrastructure, provoking new demands and desires. Therefore, the Theory of Social Representations appears as a possibility to understand the common sense about lesbian motherhood, so this study sought to answer the following guiding question: What social representations of motherhood in the heteronormative social context constructed by lesbians? For this, this work dissertation aimed to identify the social representations of motherhood constructed by lesbians in the heteronormative social context. To support the research was conducted a bibliographical study, type integrative review, in SCOPUS, CINAHL, LILACS and BDENF databases. This review aimed to analyze the national and international scientific production of nursing on motherhood lesbian mothers. The results were submitted to a methodological assessment by adapted instrument Critical Appraisal Skills Programme and the articles in the sample described the experiences of three countries about lesbian motherhood. The sample was composed of five articles, all in English. The review highlighted the precariousness in the quality of care, health prejudices professionals and inappropriate questions about sexual orientation. The original article aimed to identify the social representations of motherhood constructed by lesbians in the heteronormative social context. It is an exploratory descriptive study with qualitative approach, conducted by the Theory of Social Representation. Study participants were mothers who assume lesbians. The data were produced through interviews recorded with the aid of semi-structured script. Data analysis was concretized using the software IRAMUTEQ. The same showed the representational contents of lesbian motherhood and in which they are anchored. The social representation was anchored in the experiences of motherhood established from the way lesbian mothers were integrated into the social context. The sample totalized eight lesbian mothers in the age group 28 to 46, selected by the chain technique (snowball). The representational contents of the participants about motherhood turned to discrimination issues, prejudice, invisibility and social exclusion. It is necessary that knowledge about the theme approached get new concepts and these are disseminated in the social and academic environment, considering the demands, the specificities and the social representations of these women living on the margins of social dynamics.
