Previous issue date: 2016-08-31 / A pesquisa discorre sobre as Redes Sociais de Apoio ao aleitamento materno (AM) em uma Unidade de Sa?de da Fam?lia (USF) a partir de aportes te?ricos sobre as Redes Sociais, considerada como teia de rela??es estabelecidas entre as pessoas e suas consequ?ncias nos comportamentos individuais e coletivos e a teoria da d?diva que desvenda a compreens?o sobre intera??es sociais, v?nculos, trocas e reciprocidades que fazem circular bens simb?licos essenciais ? constitui??o de la?os fortalecendo a rede e a pr?tica da amamenta??o. Teve como objetivo geral analisar as Redes Sociais de apoio para o estimulo ao AM e desenvolver a??es na perspectiva do seu fortalecimento; e como objetivos espec?ficos: mapear as Redes Sociais de Apoio de mulheres no ciclo grav?dico puerperal, desenvolver a??es educativas para o est?mulo ao AM envolvendo as Redes Sociais de Apoio e analisar os resultados das a??es educativas conforme a vis?o dos participantes. A pesquisa foi do tipo pesquisa a??o desenvolvida em quatro fases: a fase explorat?ria, a fase de planejamento, a fase da a??o e a fase de avalia??o, com abordagem qualitativa. Teve como cen?rio a ?rea adstrita a USF ? Centro, no munic?pio de Parnamirim, estado do Rio Grande do Norte, e os sujeitos da pesquisa foram constitu?dos por oito mulheres em fase de amamenta??o exclusiva. Os dados foram coletados nas diferentes fases atrav?s de entrevistas, registros do di?rio de campo e grupo focal. Foram analisados atrav?s da elabora??o de ecomapa; relato das a??es desenvolvidas e utiliza??o da t?cnica de analise tem?tica de conte?do. Os resultados revelaram que a fam?lia nuclear possui uma rela??o muito forte com as nutrizes destacando o parceiro (pai) e a m?e (av?) como integrantes mais influentes na rede social das mesmas. As a??es educativas realizadas se constitu?ram de tr?s tipos de atividades que se complementaram: as visitas domiciliares, as rodas de conversas e a intera??o de um grupo virtual com a utiliza??o do aplicativo WhatsApp que foram motivadoras do fortalecimento da rede, contribuindo para incentivar a continuidade do aleitamento materno. A an?lise das vozes dos sujeitos participantes afirmou a import?ncia da Rede de Apoio para a pr?tica do aleitamento materno, envolvendo rela??es de trocas e pessoalidade nas quais circularam d?divas positivas, gerando sentimentos de reconhecimento, afeto, solidariedade e satisfa??o por terem vivenciado a experi?ncia. / The research discusses the social networks of support to breastfeeding in a Family Health Unit from theoretical contributions on the social networks, considered as a web of established relationships between people and their consequences on individual and collective behavior, and the theory of the gift that reveals the comprehension of social interactions, bonds, exchange and reciprocity that circulate symbolic goods essential to the establishment of ties strengthening the network and the practice of breastfeeding. The general objective was analyze the social networks of support for encouraging the breastfeeding and develop actions in view of its strengthening; and as specific objectives: to map the social networks to support women in pregnancy and post childbirth, develop educational activities for stimulating BF involving social support networks and analyze the results of educational activities from the perspective of the participants. The research type was the action developed, divided in four phases: the exploratory phase, the planning phase, the action phase and the evaluation phase, with a qualitative approach. Took place at an area next to the Family Health Unit - Center in the city of Parnamirim, state of Rio Grande do Norte, and the research subjects consisted of eight women in exclusive breastfeeding. Data were collected at different phases through interviews, field diary records and focus groups. Were analyzed by developing ecomap; report of the actions developed and use of the thematic analysis technique content. The results revealed that the nuclear family has a very strong relationship with the mother, highlighting the partner (father) and mother (grandmother) as most influential members of the social network. The educational activities consisted of three types of activities that are complementary: home visits, conversations circles and interaction of a virtual group using the app WhatsApp, that were motivating strengthening of the network, helping to encourage the continuation of breastfeeding. The analysis of the voices of the subjects participants affirmed the importance of the support network for the practice of breastfeeding, involving relations of exchange and personhood in which circulated positive gifts, generating feelings of recognition, affection, solidarity and satisfaction for having lived the experience.
