Previous issue date: 2016-09-05 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior (CAPES) / O trabalho apresentado ? fruto de uma pesquisa etnogr?fica realizada com os ciganos do Serid? Norte Rio-grandense, em especial nas cidades de Cruzeta, Flor?nia, S?o Vicente e Currais Novos. O objetivo principal foi compreender como se organizava a rede de movimentos circulat?rios e de fixa??o na qual esses ciganos mobilizam frente a atual organiza??o das suas fam?lias, nucleares e extensas, assim como da rela??o estabelecida com a sociedade majorit?ria. Utilizou-se como m?todo a etnografia embasada na observa??o participante, nas entrevistas formais e informais, assim como do recurso fotogr?fico como registro visual do campo. Nessa perspectiva, sabe-se que h? um fluxo, um movimento cont?nuo dos pr?prios atores pelo espa?o. Espa?o esse, circunscrito por caracter?sticas especificas. Se no imagin?rio, os ciganos est?o ?sedentarizados?, simbolicamente h? uma prerrogativa n?made que mantem uma tradi??o, mesmo que recriada. Visualiza-se, ent?o, a reflex?o acerca de sua organiza??o partindo da ideia de fluxo em rede. Como o pr?prio conceito traz no seu significado, o fluxo possui dire??es e, assim, corroboro com Hannerz (1997) ao tratar o fluxo como uma met?fora geradora. A no??o de rede mostra seu aspecto peculiar: o de se articular e rearticular permanentemente. Dessa forma, refletir sobre os ciganos vai al?m de delimit?-los em um grupo espec?fico. Pens?-los de maneira horizontal, sem delimita??es superficiais individualizadas ou ainda como universais estruturais do que seria ser cigano, pretende apaziguar e compreender como se organizam. Desse modo, o estudo sobre fam?lia atrelada ao conceito de rede ? fundamental nessas situa??es em que a categoria grupo n?o consegue dar conta da complexa mobilidade entre os sujeitos que est?o se relacionando socialmente. Por conseguinte, um duplo movimento surge como uma tipologia da compreens?o: o sobreviver da troca e do ?fazer a feira? e o da doen?a e da morte. O primeiro, condiz ? rela??o estabelecida com os n?o-ciganos e, o segundo, relacionado aos la?os de parentesco. Ambos atrelados ? concep??o de movimento. / This work is the result of an ethnographic search realized with the gypsies of the Serido North-riograndense, especially in the cities of Cruzeta, Florania, Sao Vincente and Currais Novos. The main objective was to understand how organized the network of circulatory movements and fixation in which these gypsies mobilize against current organization of their families, nuclear and extended, as well as the established relation with the majority society. It was used as method the grounded ethnography in the participant observation, in formal and informal interviews, as well as the photographic feature as a visual record of the field. In this bias, it is known that there is a flow, a continuous movement of the actors themselves in space. This space, circumscribed by specific characteristics. If in the imaginary, the gypsies are "sedentary", symbolically there is a nomadic prerogative keeping a tradition, even recreated.Visualizes then, the reflection about your organization on the idea from the network flow. As the concept itself brings in its meaning , the flow has directions, and thus corroborate with Hannerz (1997 ) to treat the flow as a generative metaphor. The network concept shows his peculiar aspect: the articulate and re-articulate permanently. Thus, to think about the gypsies go beyond delimit them in a specific group. To think them horizontal way without individualized surface delimitations or as universals structural of that would be to be gypsy, plans to appease and understanding how do they organize. Thus, the study of family linked to the concept of network is essential in these situations where the category group can not account for the complex mobility between subjects that are relating socially. There fore , a double movement emerges as a typology of understanding : the survival of exchange and " make the fair " and the illness and death . The first matches the established relation with the non-gypsies and the second related to kinship ties.
