240835.pdf: 1138992 bytes, checksum: d1b5b8744d8d75f0fbc753841497f088 (MD5) / Este trabalho objetiva identificar, analisar e caracterizar a constituição e delineamento de uma rede sociotécnica, na vivência do programa educacional de formação de professores de Ciências da Natureza, Matemática e suas Tecnologias/Física (CNMT/Física). Para tanto, se fez um aprofundamento, de base epistemológica, analisando esse programa, no sentido de avançar e fortalecer seu "núcleo duro", por fazer aproximações e distanciamentos entre a concepção de Ciência do programa educacional e a concepção de Ciência, em Bruno Latour. Primeiramente, delineou-se o programa educacional direcionado ao desenvolvimento do conhecimento científico-educacional na formação de professores de CNMT/Física. Após, discutiu-se as relações sociotécnicas no desenvolvimento do conhecimento científico-educacional; analisou-se a elaboração e o desenvolvimento de propostas educacionais pelos aprendizes de professor e de pesquisador, nas escolas, considerando o aspecto da Ciência em Ação e o Modelo de Tradução em rede sociotécnica. Ao final, verificou-se como o processo de investigação-ação educacional de vertente emancipatória, é regido em rede sociotécnica. O trabalho desenvolveu-se no contexto das disciplinas de Metodologia e Prática de Ensino de Física I e II, que correspondem ao estágio curricular, obrigatório, do curso de Licenciatura em Física da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa - PR, nos anos de 2005 e 2006. A concepção de pesquisa utilizada em âmbito macroscópico, foi a investigação-ação educacional de vertente emancipatória, e, a abordagem etnográfica, partindo da proposição de Latour & Woolgar (1994 e 1997), como recurso metodológico para a coleta de dados em âmbito microscópico. Os dados foram coletados via observações diretas: registros de forma escrita, orientados por um roteiro e via gravações eletrônicas de áudio; como também, textos escritos confeccionados pelos aprendizes de professor e de pesquisador. A análise dos dados foi realizada conforme roteiro de Mion (2002), e a base metodológica de Anselm Strauss (1967 e 1990), na sua grounded theory. Os resultados mostraram que a formação de professores de CNMT/Física, dentro do programa educacional, ocorre em rede sociotécnica, pois a concepção de Ciência veiculada no programa é de "Ciência em construção", e as práticas de pesquisa desenvolvidas, implicaram em práticas de "Tradução". Os limites encontrados, porém, referem-se a necessidades diversas, como estudos sistemáticos e a incorporação de referenciais adequados às implicações da relação Ciência, Tecnologia, Sociedade e Ambiente (CTSA), estruturas físicas adequadas às escolas e a Universidade para a elaboração e o desenvolvimento de propostas educacionais, e a necessidade da incorporação dos conhecimentos científicos da Física.
This objective work to identify, to analyze and to characterize the experience of the educational program of teachers' education of Sciences of the Nature, Mathematics and its Technologies/Physical (CNMT/Physics), in sociotécnica net. For in such a way, if it made a deepening, of grounded epistemological, investigating deeply this program, in the direction to advance and to fortify its "hard nucleus", for making approaches and distant between the conception of Science of the educational program and the conception of Science in Bruno Latour. First, the directed educational program to the development of the scientific-educational knowledge in the of teachers' education of CNMT/Physics; after, one argued the sociotécnicas relations in the development of the scientific-educational knowledge; it was analyzed elaboration and development of educational proposals for the apprenticees of teachers' and researcher, in the schools, considering the aspect of Science in Action and the Model of Translation in sociotécnica net and, finally, it was verified as the process of educational action research in an emancipatory way conducted in sociotécnica net. The work was developed in the context of disciplines them of Methodology and Practice of Physics I and II, that they correspond to the obligator period of training of the of Physics teachers' education at Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa - PR, in the years of 2005 and 2006. The conception of research used in a macrocospic scope, it was the educational action research in an emancipatory way, and the boarding ethnography, leaving of the proposal Latour & Woolgar (1994), as methodology resource, in a microscopical scope for the collection of data. The data had been collected way direct comments: registers of written form guided for a script and saw electronic writings of audio; as well written texts, confectioned for the apprenticees of teachers' and researcher. The analysis of the data was carried through in agreement script of Mion (2002), and the methodology grounded of Anselm Strauss (1967 and 1990), in its grounded theory. The joined results had shown that of teachers' education of CNMT/Physics inside of the educational program if of the one in sociotécnica net. This occurs because the conception of Science propagated in the program is of "Science, in developed construction", and the practical ones of research had implied in practical of "Translation". The joined limits if had related to the necessity of systematic studies and the incorporation of adequate reference to the studies of the implications of relation Science, Technology, Society and Environment (STSE); to the necessity of physical structures adjusted the schools and the University for the elaboration and development of educational proposals; and the necessity of incorporation of the scientific knowledge of the Physics.
