Em torno de uma compreensão lógica e pontual o trabalho desenvolvido apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a manufatura enxuta citando a história, nascimento, conceitos e as bases do sistema e suas ferramentas. Uma vez classificada a estrutura da revisão serviu para uma ampla análise práticas em sequenciar e estruturar o mapeamento de fluxo de valor atual e futuro. E de posse da situação futura as soluções adotadas converge para o desenvolvimento de uma divisão lógica de etapas para estruturar a transformação rumo a manufatura enxuta. Nesta abordagem os ganhos são consequência de uma interligação ampla de ferramentas que provocam uma redução importante nos tempos totais de processo, ou seja, o tempo de agregação de valor comparativamente ao tempo total é equalizado. Não é intenção deste trabalho abordar a empresa como um todo para propor soluções de âmbito geral, mas sim, propor e executar o uso de ferramentas da manufatura enxuta, através do sistema puxado e nivelado no setor de montagem das enxadas rotativas (EL), compreendendo a linha de montagem e de solda. Este trabalho constitui uma abordagem racional de técnicas de forma a servir aos propósitos pré- estabelecidos na nacionalização desta linha de produto. Nestas execuções práticas e pontuais as metas são específicas, sem, no entanto perder o enfoque na necessidade de estruturar a empresa como um todo, para que a importância da manufatura enxuta seja compreendida e, em decorrência, implementada em diversos níveis e setores, para que a empresa faça frente a novas estruturas do mercado. / The world market demands from the organizations more and more integration of processes and swinging of stages so that the time reduction turns the answers agile enough to assist the demands with efficiency without burdening inventories excessively or inflating personnel's or equipments# structures. The developed work presents a bibliographical revision on the lean manufacture mentioning the history, birth, concepts and the bases of the system and its tools. Once classified the structure of the revision, it was used for a wide practical analysis in sequencing and structuring the current and future value steam mapping. And with the possession of the future situation the adopted solutions converges into the development of a specialist and unified cell of weld and total flexible assembly in the attendance of the products# gamma . In this approach the profits are consequence of a wide interconnection of tools that cause an important reduction in the total time process, that is, the time of value aggregation in comparison with the total time is equalized. It is not intention of this work to approach the Kuhn group in a global form to propose solutions of general scope, but considering and executing the use of tools of lean manufacture, through pull and level production in the assembly sector of rotating hoes (EL), comprising the weld and assembly line. This work constitutes a rational boarding of techniques to serve predefined intentions in the nationalization of this product line. In these practical and prompt executions the goals are specific, without losing the approach in the necessity of structuralizing the company as a totality, thus the importance of the lean manufacture can be understood and, as a result, can be implemented in several levels and sectors, in order to confront the new market structures.
