Previous issue date: 2010-02-05 / Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais / This research investigated three teachers learning in their beginning of career at the first years of elementary school and an expert teacher the mastermind who have taken part of the Mastermind Program (MP) at UFSCar Teacher´s website. The initial focus were the Experiences of Teaching and Learning towards the literacy process, formative and investigative activity which has required the planning, implementation and evaluation of educative proposals to be made in common sense between a beginner and the mastermind from the specific difficulties indicated by the learner. The research was established through a study of case and it was based on a qualitative approach. The data sources were MP initial and final questionnaires, the productions developed by the beginners about literacy process along the MP, the interactions between the mastermind and the learner (considered online narratives) and the messages attachments. It was also established an actual interview with the mastermind and an online interview procedures sent to the beginner teachers. The theoretical references had as basis the teachers´ learning and their professional development, the knowledge basis for teaching, the online formation and the characteristics of the educators´ career phase. The conclusions of this research indicate the importance of the Teaching and Learning Experiences for the learning process of the beginners and also the urgency to promote the following of newcomers having as a start point the dilemmas and the difficulties found by them in this moment of their careers. / A pesquisa investigou as aprendizagens de três professoras em início de carreira nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental e uma professora experiente - a mentora - que participaram do Programa de Mentoria no Portal dos Professores da UFSCar. O foco principal do estudo foram as Experiências de Ensino e Aprendizagem voltadas para a alfabetização, atividade formativa e investigativa que previa o planejamento, a implementação e a avaliação de propostas educativas a serem construídas em comum acordo entre uma iniciante e a mentora a partir de dificuldades específicas indicadas pela iniciante. A pesquisa constituise num estudo de caso e se fundamentou numa abordagem qualitativa. Teve como fonte de dados, os questionários inicial e final do PM, as produções sobre alfabetização desenvolvidas pelas iniciantes ao longo do Programa de Mentoria (PM), as interações entre mentoras e iniciantes (consideradas narrativas online) e os anexos das mensagens. Foi também realizada uma entrevista presencial com a mentora e um roteiro de entrevista online encaminhado às professoras iniciantes. O referencial teórico teve como base a aprendizagem da docência e o desenvolvimento profissional de professores, a base de conhecimento para o ensino, a formação online e as características das fases da carreira docente. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam a importância das Experiências de Ensino e Aprendizagem para a aprendizagem das iniciantes e também a urgência de promover o acompanhamento de professores iniciantes tendo como ponto de partida os dilemas e dificuldades encontrados por eles nesse período da carreira.
