É objetivo desta dissertação refletir sobre o conceito de trauma na literatura psicanalítica e sobre o lugar da clínica na reconstrução do trauma junto ao indivíduo. Utilizou-se o método psicanalítico e a estratégia metodológica de construção de caso clínico a fim de desenvolver as reflexões propostas. O caso clínico construído diz respeito ao atendimento a uma menina de três anos e meio. Primeiramente, são desenvolvidas revisões críticas e reflexões teóricas sobre o conceito de trauma a partir das obras de Freud, Ferenczi e Winnicott, destacando o papel da relação da criança com o ambiente externo, as angústias envolvidas, os impactos do trauma no psiquismo, e o manejo na clínica com pacientes "traumatizados". São traçadas articulações entre as ideias dos autores, de forma a se notar a presença de aspectos comuns quanto ao conceito de trauma, tais como: a implicação do ambiente externo, a precocidade do evento traumático, a experiência de excesso frente à imaturidade do psiquismo, e a invocação de "afetos aflitivos". Em seguida, é construído o caso clínico, no qual se descreve como a analisanda experimentou o trauma na relação com a analista. Destaca-se a importância da dimensão corporal no desenvolvimento da análise, assim como do lugar do analista para além das interpretações verbais. São desenvolvidas reflexões sobre o lugar do corpo como promotor da elaboração das experiências traumáticas, das capacidades de simbolização, e do processo de constituição psíquica da criança na clínica. Ressalta-se o valor das comunicações precoces em casos marcados pelo trauma, as quais envolvem a contratransferência e o âmbito sensorial. A adaptação do ambiente analítico às necessidades do paciente, promovendo um ambiente suficientemente bom, é destacada no caso clínico construído e nas reflexões sobre o trauma na clínica psicanalítica. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This research was based on theoretical and clinical questions raised within the clinical practice with children. This dissertation’s purpose is to reflect on the concept of trauma in the psychoanalytical literature and on the role of the clinical practice in reconstructing the trauma with the patient. The psychoanalytical method of research and the methodological strategy of construction of the clinic case are used in order to develop this research’s objectives. The case built in this dissertation is about the psychoanalytical treatment of a three-and-a-half-year-old girl. At first, critical reviews and theoretical reflections on the concept of trauma are developed based on the work of Freud, Ferenczi and Winnicott. These reflections are developed focusing on the role of the child’s relations with the external environment, the anguishes involved, the impacts of trauma within the psyche, and the clinical conductions with “traumatized” patients. Articulations between the authors’ ideas are developed, indicating some common aspects regarding the concept of trauma, such as: the implication of the external environment, the precocity of the traumatic event, the characteristic excessiveness of the experience given the immaturity of the psyche, and the invocation of “afflictive affections”. Following, the clinical case is built describing how the patient experienced the trauma in her relationship with the analyst. The importance of the corporal dimension to the development of the analysis is highlighted, as is the analyst’s place beyond verbal interpretations. Reflections about the body’s role in promoting the elaboration of traumatic experiences, the capacity of symbolization, and the psyche’s constitution process are developed. The value of early forms of communication in trauma cases are accentuated, which involve the countertransference and the sensorial dimension. The adaptation of the psychoanalytical environment to the patient’s needs, promoting a good-enough environment, is highlighted on the clinical case and in the reflections about trauma in the psychoanalytical clinic.
