públicas inacabadas no país. O estudo apresentado nesta dissertação está
delimitado ao campo orçamentário das obras públicas, uma vez que este influência
diretamente no sucesso da construção e conclusão das mesmas. Ao colocar a problemática das obras públicas inacabadas em perspectiva dois grandes aspectos se destacam: os erros de quantitativos na planilha-orçamentária e as fases estanques de planejamento e construção das obras públicas. A hipótese apresentada nesta dissertação é a contribuição dos sistemas BIM no planejamento das obras públicas. Para preencher esta lacuna, desenvolvemos
um estudos de caso do Auditório e da Biblioteca de Planaltina, a mesma obra real
foi usada para comparar os quantitativos calculados manualmente na planilha-
orçamentária licitada, com os quantitativos extraídos automaticamente do modelo
digital a partir do sistema BIM.
Desse modo, foi possível demonstrar a contribuição que os sistemas BIM
podem oferecer ao planejamento das obras públicas com relação a exatidão dos
quantitativos. Verificamos também a comparação entre os quantitativos extraídos manualmente pelos sistemas bidimensionais CAD e automaticamente pelos
sistemas tridimensionais BIM, demonstrando que há sérias inconsistências de valores. Este trabalho também tenta difundir a inclusão de novos sistemas
computacionais no cenário da administração pública que permitirá a mudança do
cenário das obras públicas. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The justification of the existence of this work, alarming amount of unfinished
public works into the country. However, our study it is delimited to the budgetary field of the public works, because this field influence directly in the success of the construction and conclusion of the same ones... When placing problematic of the unfinished public works in perspective the two great aspects if detach: errors of quantitative in spread sheet-budgetary and the blocked phases of planning and construction of the public works. The hypothesis of this study considers the contribution of systems BIM in the planning of public works. To validate the hypothesis it has the necessity of the study of case of the Auditorium and the Library of Planaltina, the same real workmanship was used to compare the quantitative ones calculated manually in the spread sheet-budgetary one bided, with the quantitative ones extracted automatically of the digital model from system BIM.
In this manner, it was possible to demonstrate the contribution that systems
BIM can offer to the planning of the public works with regard to exactness of the quantitative ones. We also verify the comparison manually enters quantitative the extracted ones for bi-dimensional systems CAD and automatically for three-dimensional systems BIM, demonstrating that it has serious inconsistencies of values. This work also tries to spread out the inclusion of new computational
systems in the scene of the public administration who will allow the change of the scene of the public works.
