2012_MauroGleissondeCastroEvangelista.pdf: 1552904 bytes, checksum: 8ce15ef7ca72840225f4e5c372e55593 (MD5) / Esta pesquisa, com auxílio da Psicanálise e da Sociologia da Juventude e da Educação, discute a violência na escola, mediante a fala docente, compreendendo-a como sintoma do mal-estar juvenil e institucional na pós-modernidade. Observa-se que a escola agremia condições ímpares para o (des)encontro destes mal-estares. Os sujeitos desta investigação são professores de uma escola pública que oferece a modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos no período diurno, no Distrito Federal. Suas falas são analisadas por meio da hermenêutica psicanalítica e apresentam profundo sofrimento psíquico em decorrência dos atos disruptivos dos adolescentes e ou dos jovens que ocupam o lugar de alunos e que não mais se ajustam a este papel. Assim, responsabilizam a família e acusam a ausência de apoio do Estado, especialmente quanto à formação continuada, que, quando ocorre, é distante de suas necessidades. Desse modo, conclui-se que a escola, em relação ao adolescente, vivencia crises e conflitos com a lei, que os estatutos de aluno e de jovem estão cada vez mais distantes, que o professor sofre profundo mal-estar e que, apesar de solicitarem formações que os ajudem a lidar com as novas realidades, recusam-nas. Por fim, Acredita-se na necessidade de (des/re)construção da escola para o novo tempo e para as novas gerações. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This research, with aid of the psychoanalysis, Youth's and Education’s Sociology, discussed the violence in the School as symptom of malaise’s juvenile and institutional in post-modernity through the teaching speech. We observed that the School committee conditions for the encounter of these malaises. The subject of this investigation were teachers of a public school that offers the Education of Youths and Adults modality of the day in DF. Their speeches were analyzed through the psychoanalytical hermeneutics telling us of a deep suffering as result of acts disruptive’s teenagers and/young who has that occupy student's place with clear difficult to adjusting to this paper. The teachers say that the Family is the fault is make responsible the Family is the guilty and they accuse the absence of support of the State, especially as for the continuous formation that and they say that when it happens, it is distant of their needs. We concluded that the School with adolescent lives a crisis and a conflict with the law, that student's condition and of youth condition are more and more distant, that the teacher lives a deep malaise current this situations and that, in spite of they request formations that help them to work with the new realities, they refuse the formations (initial and continuing) that they have been receiving. We believe that it’s necessary to build a new School for a new moment and for a new generations.
