Ao relacionar a saúde às questões sociais, vinculando a promoção da saúde ao desenvolvimento social e correlacionando o direito à saúde e seus determinantes sociais, estabelece uma importante conexão entre a Bioética Social e o direito humano à saúde. Buscou-se, por meio desse estudo, analisar o diálogo existente entre o Princípio da Responsabilidade Social e Saúde e o direito humano à saúde, objetivando constatar se o Princípio, desenvolvido no Relatório sobre o Princípio da Responsabilidade Social e Saúde do Comitê Internacional de Bioética (CIB) da UNESCO, apresentou avanços em relação ao direito à saúde, cujo conceito e conteúdo foram conferidos pelas Nações Unidas, por meio da Recomendação Geral nº 14, de 2000. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir do levantamento de livros e artigos nas bases de dados bibliográficas, principalmente no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES, como também foi feita uma leitura e interpretação analítica do Relatório do CIB e da Recomendação Geral nº 14, de 2000. Infere-se, desse exame, a partir dos parâmetros extraídos do referencial normativo dos direitos humanos, que não houve avanços no Relatório sobre o Princípio da Responsabilidade Social e Saúde em relação ao direito humano à saúde. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The Principle of Social Responsibility and Health, as specified in article 14 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, represents a milestone in the social agenda of bioethics. By linking health to social issues, linking health promotion to social development and correlating the right to health and its social, establishes an important connection between the Social Bioethics and the human right to health. Sought, through this study was to analyze the dialogue between the Principle of Social Responsibility and Health and the human right to health, aiming to ascertain whether the Principle developed in the Report on the Principle of Social Responsibility and Health International Bioethics Committee (IBC) of UNESCO, presented advances in relation to the right to health, whose concept and content were conferred by the United Nations, through General Recommendation No. 14, 2000.For this, we performed a literature search, based on a survey of books and articles in bibliographic databases, mainly in the Periodical Portal CAPES, as was also a reading and analytical interpretation of the Report of the CIB and General Recommendation No. 14 , 2000. It is inferred, this examination of the parameters extracted from the reference standard of human rights that no progress was made in the Report on the Principle of Social Responsibility and Health in relation to the human right to health.
