2012_LiviaMilhomemJanuario.pdf: 1209217 bytes, checksum: 891054fcc7094c99ad9c3639f2346637 (MD5) / O objetivo do presente trabalho é realizar um estudo teórico e clínico, tomando o conceito de transferência, a obra de Winnicott e a clínica psicanalítica com crianças em estados autísticos e
psicóticos, com o intuito de compreender algumas especificidades da transferência e alguns princípios norteadores para essa clínica. Nesta tese, refleti e demonstrei que existe uma diferença na formulação da noção de transferência quando realizamos um estudo comparativo desse conceito nas obras de Freud, de Klein e de Winnicott, e, ainda, que o que difere, nessas conceituações, auxilia a compreensão e o manejo da transferência nessa clínica. Verifiquei que a
noção de transferência era insuficiente para compreender os fenômenos clínicos abarcados neste estudo e passei a utilizar o conceito de relação analítica, relacionando-o às noções de
transferência, de contratransferência, de experiência e de espaço potencial. Posteriormente, pensei a relação analítica como espaço potencial a partir do qual é possível acolher as
experiências dos pacientes em suas dimensões constitutivas, compreendendo o encontro entre analista e analisando como uma possibilidade de constituição psíquica e de retomada do desenvolvimento emocional. Assim, entendi a relação analítica como algo que transcende à reedição de vivências, proporcionando a instauração de experiências novas que favoreçam a
constituição do sujeito e da realidade externa. Nesta tese, em vez de pensar na interpretação da relação analítica, coloquei a ênfase na própria relação. A partir da constatação de que a relação analítica com essas crianças não é algo dado, mas uma relação a ser construída, a tese do trabalho é a de que a relação analítica com essas crianças pode ser estabelecida por outros meios que não a interpretação, como o holding, o manejo, os vínculos sensoriais não verbais, o brincar e a imitação. O trabalho foi organizado em cinco capítulos, além da introdução e das
considerações finais. O último capítulo contém reflexões clínicas e técnicas, além do relato e da discussão de quatro casos clínicos. Nesse capítulo, trago a imitação enquanto recurso técnico e
outros aspectos técnicos como: o uso da contratransferência, a abertura e a disponibilidade emocional do analista, a encenação, a personificação, a reclamação, a linguagem diferenciada, a sustentação do enquadre e o uso da interpretação, dentre outros. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The objective of this study is to perform a theoretical and clinical study, taking the transference concept, the work of Winnicott and the psychoanalysis with children in autistic and psychotic
states, in order to understand some peculiarities of the transference and some guiding principles for this clinic. In this thesis, I reflected and demonstrated that there is a difference between the
transference notion when we perform a comparative study of this concept in the works of Freud, Klein and Winnicott, and also that the distinctive traits of these conceptualizations help to
understand and to manage the transference in this clinic. I realized that the transference notion was insufficient to understand the clinical phenomena covered in this study, so I started to use the concept of analytic relationship related to the notions of transference, counter transference,
experience and potential space. Later, I thought the analytic relationship as a potential space, where the patient’s experiences are welcome in their constitutive dimensions, understanding the bond between analyst and patient as a possibility of psychic constitution and of resuming emotional development. So I understand the analytic relationship as something that transcends the reissue of
experiences, providing the establishment of new experiences, encouraging the constitution of the self and of the external reality. In this thesis, instead of thinking in the interpretation of the analytic relationship, I put the emphasis on the relationship itself. From the fact that the analytic relationship with these children is not something given, but a relationship to be built, this paper's thesis is that the analytic relationship with these children may be established by other means besides the interpretation such as holding, handling, nonverbal sensory links, play and imitation. The work was organized into five chapters, plus the introduction and closing remarks. The final
chapter contains clinical and technical reflections, and also the discussion of four clinical cases. In this chapter, I bring the imitation as a technical resource and other technical aspects such as:
the use of counter transference, the analyst openness and emotional availability, the enactment, the personification, the reclamation, the distinctive language, the setting maintenance and the use of interpretation, among others.
