Previous issue date: 2008-08-15 / A clínica psicanalítica com crianças ensimesmadas despertou o interesse e a necessidade de se pesquisar a importância sensorial do corpo do analista no tratamento com a criança autista. O tema dessa pesquisa é a função do corpo do analista no tratamento psicanalítico com a criança autista. A proposta central é pesquisar e discutir a função do corpo do analista, um corpo que favorece a criação de um ambiente holding e continente das angústias do paciente, pensando a relação do analista com a criança para além dos limites da interpretação. Para isso, adota-se a postura de “analista nãointérprete” (Tafuri, 2003), uma postura que implica “estar com” a criança à sua maneira, oferecendo uma escuta diferenciada. Nessa pesquisa, relata-se a evolução do tratamento de uma criança autista, dando ênfase à função de continência do analista a partir da relação sensorial corporal estabelecida entre ele e a criança. A relevância do corpo do analista no tratamento da criança autista remete às primeiras experiências sensoriais mãe-bebê, onde a mãe se adapta às necessidades do seu bebê, fornecendo o ambiente para que ele possa se constituir como sujeito. A relação entre o analista e a criança autista se baseia no paradigma da relação mãe-bebê, que será desenvolvida ao longo desse estudo. _________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The psychoanalytic clinic with self-engrossed children woke the interest and the necessity of investigating the sensory importance of the body of the analyst in the treatment with the autistic child. The subject of this inquiry is the function of the body of the analyst in the psychoanalytic treatment with the autistic child. The central proposal is to investigate and to discuss the function of the body of the analyst, a body that favors the creation of a holding environment and that can contain the anguishes of the patient, considering the relation between the analyst and the child beyond the limits of interpretation. For that, it is advisable to adopt the posture of a “non-interpreter analyst” (Tafuri, 2003), a posture that implies “being with” the child his/her way, offering him/her differentiated listening. In this inquiry, the evolution of the treatment of an autistic child is reported, giving emphasis to the containing function of the analyst from the sensory physical relation established between him/her and the child. The relevance of the body of the analyst in the treatment of the autistic child sends to the first mother-baby sensory experiences, where the mother adapts herself to the necessities of her baby, providing him/her with the environment so that he/she can become a person. The relation between the analyst and the autistic child is based on the paradigm of the relation mother-baby, which will be developed along this study.
