2010_RosanaCarneiroFMedeiros.pdf: 1379525 bytes, checksum: 9f737903f824642748b756b55dcfba40 (MD5) / O presente estudo trata do tema da Readaptação Funcional de professores da rede pública de ensino do Distrito Federal abordado na perspectiva da Ecologia Humana. Considera, para tanto, o ambiente escolar enquanto espaço ecossistêmico e articula em seu desenrolar as visões dos diferentes atores sociais envolvidos na trama complexa do fenômeno da readaptação funcional. Parte da profunda implicação da autora com o tema, enquanto professora readaptada da Secretaria de Educação do Distrito federal - SEDF e se dirige aos demais sujeitos participantes da pesquisa com o objetivo primordial de analisar e compreender como professores e professoras que passaram pelo Programa de Readaptação Funcional da SEDF vivenciaram essa experiência, identificando os processos de re-adaptação e de produção de novos sentidos dentro do espaço ecossistêmico da escola pública. Foram considerados dados relativos ao marco legal e quantitativos afetos ao fenômeno, além do foco na escuta sensível dos sujeitos da pesquisa. O levantamento foi realizado junto à SEDF, Diretoria de Saúde Ocupacional – DSO/SEDF e Diretoria Regional de Ensino do Plano Piloto/Cruzeiro – DRE PP/C, onde são também lotados os professores readaptados, professores regentes e dirigentes de escolas participantes, tendo sido também escutados profissionais de saúde envolvidos no processo. A metodologia utilizada foi a etnopesquisa crítica, selecionada por possibilitar uma abordagem ampla e reflexiva do tema sob seus diversos aspectos, sendo congruente com a dimensão proposta pela ecologia humana. A constatação de vivências de sofrimento e exclusão, desequilíbrio nas relações e atuações, mas também possibilidades de construção de ações efetivas que considerem os diversos ambientes de atuação pedagógica dentro da escola, para além do espaço restrito da sala de aula, e propiciem maior equilíbrio para a ecologia humana do professor readaptado como também para o ecossistema escolar a partir do envolvimento dos diferentes atores e do comprometimento institucional com a mudança, foram os principais resultados obtidos com o trabalho. Embora sem pretensões conclusivas esta autora alimenta a expectativa de que o presente trabalho possa contribuir para a construção de políticas públicas de inclusão e resgate desse profissional, ser humano ávido de reconhecimento, dentro das possibilidades resultantes de sua limitação de atividades, imposta pelo adoecimento. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This study deals with the Functional Readaptation of public school teachers living in Brazil’s Federal District. It considers, from the perspective of Human Ecology, the school environment as an ecosystemic space. It also articulates the views of different social actors involved in the plot of the complex phenomenon of functional readaptation. The study begins with the author's deep involvement with the theme, she herself a readapted teacher of the Secretariat of Education of the Federal District – SEDF. It follows with the experiences of other subjects participating in the survey, with the main purpose of analyzing and understanding how teachers who passed through the Functional Readaptation Program of the SEDF experienced it, identifying the processes of re-adaptation and the production of new meanings within the public school, considered as an ecosystemic space. We considered the legal framework and quantitative data related to the phenomenon, including a sensitive hearing of the subjects of the research. The survey was conducted in the SEDF, Department of Occupational Health - DSO / SEDF Regional Board of Education of Plan Pilot / Cruzeiro - DRE PP / C, where we could find teachers in different status: classroom teachers, readapted teachers and also school directors. In the same Regional Board we could interview as well health professionals involved in the process. The methodology applied was critical ethnoresearch, which enables a comprehensive and reflexive understanding of the theme in its various aspects, being consistent with the human ecology approach. The main results of the study was to confirm the presence of life experiences of suffering and exclusion, with an imbalance in the human relationships and professional performances. Nevertheless it also showed that it is possible to implement effective actions taking in account the various environments of educational activities within the school, beyond the limited classroom space. These actions can also encourage a greater human ecological balance of the readapted teacher, as well as the school’s ecosystem, counting with the involvement of different actors and the institutional commitment to change. Though it doesn’t claim to be conclusive, the author expects this work to contribute to the building of inclusive public policies and to restore the place of the readapted teacher as a professional. This human being eager for recognition, though affected to some extent, by the limitations imposed by illness to its activities.
