2009_LuciaInesdeAraujo.pdf: 5102320 bytes, checksum: 353a9c68f946672228f31288d674bd6a (MD5) / Segundo Mansur (2005), dentre as alterações cognitivas encontradas na Doença de Alzheimer, está¡ inclusa a linguagem, esta se apresenta alterada no Âmbito semântico e na evolução dos sintomas linguísticos, estudos recentes tem mostrado que estas alterações podem surgir por interação com as alterações da memória operacional. Neste estudo, 43 sujeitos divididos em grupos de idosos, portadores de demência em fase leve, normais residentes em metrópole, normais residentes em cidade do interior, e remanescentes quilombolas moradores de comunidades isoladas, foram submetidos aos testes Mini Exame do Estado Mental, Fluência Verbal Semântica categorias Animais e Frutas, índice de Katz para atividades de vida diária, subteste II da Escala de Memória de Wechsler normatizada para o Brasil, sendo esta corrigida literalmente, como também na forma proposicional (Analisys Propositional) na tentativa de obter uma correção mais ecológica é cultura e as particularidades do idoso brasileiro. Correlacionamos estes dados entre si e também com os resultados obtidos no Perfil de Eficiência Comunicativa (PEC), utilizando a prancha Roubo do Biscoito subteste do Teste de Nomeação de Boston. A análise destes resultados mostrou diferença-as significativas no desempenho dos grupos, mas ao mesmo tempo, evidenciou que os seguintes testes não sofreram influência da escolaridade: Perfil de Eficiência Comunicativa no Índice de eficiência lexical, Memória lógica recordação Tardia Correção Literal e Proposicional, memória lógica Contextualizada Correção Literal e Proposicional, Memória lógica Contextualizada recordação Tardia Correção Literal e Proposicional, índice de Katz e Fluência Verbal Semântica. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / According to Mansur (2005), among the cognitive changes found in Alzheimer's disease, the language is included; it shows the changed semantic context and the evolution of language symptoms, recent studies have shown that these changes may occur by interaction with changes in memory operation. In this study, 43 subjects divided into groups of elderly, individuals with mild dementia in the process, residents in metropolitan normal, ordinary residents in the inner city, and remnants of isolated communities residents (quilombo) were subjected to the test Mini Mental State Examination, Verbal Fluency semantic categories animals and fruit, to Katz Index of activities of daily living, II subtest of the Wechsler Memory Scale normalized to Brazil, which is corrected literally, but as propositional (Propositional Analysis) in an attempt to obtain a fix more ecological the culture and the particularities of the Brazilian elderly. Correlate these data with each other and with the results obtained in the Profile of Communicative Efficiency (PEC), using the plank of the Cookie Theft subtest of the Boston Naming Test. The analysis of these results showed significant differences in the performance of the groups, but at the same time, showed that the following tests were not influenced education: Profile of Communicative Efficiency in Index of Lexical Efficiency, Logical Memory delayed recall and correction Propositional Literal, Memory Logic contextualized Correction Literal and Propositional, Logical Memory delayed recall contextualized Correction Literal and Propositional, index Katz and Semantic Verbal Fluency.
