Através da teoria da ação de Margareth Archer, buscou-se ressaltar a figura do compositor como indivíduo dotado de reflexividade, capaz de exercer papel determinante sobre a criação da sua obra no contexto social. Além de rejeitar conclusões determinísticas, nas quais influencias sociais soterram o papel do ator sobre sua própria obra, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi chamar a atenção para fatores e facetas complexas que podem figurar na criação do ator individual
construindo, reproduzindo e ressignificando a existência em seu caminho social no mundo. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This sociological dissertation sought to problematize the discussion on how song lyrics are analyzed, specifically the ones made by Lupicínio Rodrigues, in the social sciences. Through the action theory of Margaret Archer, we sought to emphasize the figure of the composer as an individual endowed with reflexivity, able to exercise decisive role on the creation of his work in the social context. Besides rejecting deterministic conclusions, in which social influences overcome the actor on his own work, the objective of this study was to draw attention to factors and complex
facets that may appear on the creation of the individual actor: building, playing and giving a new meaning to the existence in his social way into the world.
