Assim, meu trabalho tem como foco principal a problemática em torno da Educação, Formação e o papel do formador do professor de Matemática. Para a organização e análise dos dados obtidos com a pesquisa, escolhi o estudo de caso desta instituição de ensino superior privada, no período de 1996 a 2002. Fiz o estudo de caso, dessa organização, por meio da análise institucional e, ainda, entrevistei formadores e futuros professores de Matemática formados por ela. Quanto à análise institucional, ela levou em consideração, principalmente, os aspectos que se relacionam às relações que podem ser estabelecidas entre o formador de professores e o ambiente institucional vivenciado por ele. Dentro de uma visão de complementaridade, as entrevistas com os formadores e futuros professores de Matemática preocuparam-se, mais especificamente, em trazer elementos que me permitiram melhor interpretar o perfil do formador de professores das FIHBR, de 1996 a 2002. Nossa pesquisa aponta, entre outros aspectos, a necessidade da reforma do pensamento, à luz da teoria de Edgard Morin. Assim, não existe educador do futuro com pensamento atual. O educador do futuro deve iniciar esta reforma tomando consciência da sua própria realidade. / I worked with the idea that the educational process of the education and the teacher's of Mathematics of FIHBR formation, in the period from 1996 to 2002, allow to identify and to trace the profile of the teacher of that organization, your perspectives about that formation and, still, as your práxis is projected in the futures teachers' práxis that FIHBR forms. Like this, my work has as main focus the problem around the Education, Formation and the paper of the teacher's of Mathematics teacher. For the organization and analysis of the data obtained with the research, I chose the study of case of this private higher education institution, in the period from 1996 to 2002. I made the case study, of that organization, through the institutional analysis and, still, I interviewed teachers and futures teachers of Mathematics formed by her. With relationship to the institutional analysis, she took in consideration, mainly, the aspects that link to the relationships that can be established between the teachers' teacher and the institutional atmosphere lived by him. Inside of a complementarity vision, the interviews with the teachers and futures teachers of Mathematics worried, more specifically, in bringing elements that allowed me better to interpret the profile of the teachers' of FIHBR, from 1996 to 2002. Our research appears, among other aspects, the need of the reform of the thought, to the light of Edgard Morin's theory. Like this, educator of the future doesn't exist with current thought. The educator of the future should begin this reform taking conscience of your own reality.
