vieira_sg_dr_mar.pdf: 785835 bytes, checksum: 7e99ca8dfb2691a14fc3228e0c26bfec (MD5) / Este trabalho buscou analisar a formação docente para o ensino técnico estadual de nível médio, e como se dá a relação com os Arranjos Produtivos Locais, os APLs, possíveis contratantes dessa mão de obra qualificada, confrontando aspectos relacionados à evolução e características dessa modalidade técnico-profissional, suas relações com o mercado de trabalho e o atendimento às suas demandas em termos de consumo-produção. A educação profissional pública técnica e tecnológica é representada no estado de São Paulo pelo Centro Paula Souza, o CEETEPS, que completou 40 anos em 2009, e que expandiu e investiu em suas unidades. Compunha ainda a política oficial estadual, formar integralmente os indivíduos/cidadãos, conciliando os objetivos de prosseguimento de estudos, de preparação para o trabalho e de desenvolvimento pessoal frente às exigibilidades contemporâneas e do mercado de trabalho. De modo a organizar os elementos que envolvem esse trabalho, os capítulos se referem: à educação profissional, com histórico, legislação e como ela ocorre no estado de São Paulo; à formação de professores para o ensino técnico-profissional; ao que representam os APLs e finalmente ao ambiente onde se deu a pesquisa, a cidade de Jahu – SP, o CEETEPS, as ETECs, a análise dos dados coletados e entrevistas e comentários do autor. Permeiam o trabalho as inter-relações e conflitos do ponto de vista educacional do ensino técnico-profissional, que nesse ambiente, com diversos fatores endógenos e exógenos, vem desenhando os complexos caminhos dessa modalidade. A riqueza de informações obtidas junto aos docentes, incluindo a entrevista gravada, permitiu que esse trabalho obtivesse as respostas e as discussões que buscava, mostrando claramente a realidade atual das escolas pesquisadas e do mercado de trabalho. Dentro... / This study aimed to examine teacher training for technical education statewide average, and how is the relationship with the local productive, the APLs, possible contracting of skilled labor, confronting issues related to development and technical characteristics of the mode - professional relations with the labor market and meeting their demands in terms of consumption-production. The public vocational technical education and technology is represented in the state of Sao Paulo by Paula Souza Center, CEETEPS, who turned 40 years old in 2009 and expanded and invested in their units. He composed also the official policy of state, fully formed individuals / citizens, balancing the goals of continuing studies, preparation for work and personal development in the face of contemporary requirements and labor market. In order to arrange the elements involved in this work, the chapters concern: vocational education, with historic legislation and how it occurs in the state of Sao Paulo, the training of teachers for vocational education, to representing the APLs and finally to the environment where the research took place, the city of Jahu - SP, the CEETEPS, the ETECs, the analysis of data collected and interviews and comments from the author. Permeate the work of the inter-relationships and conflicts of the educational point of view of vocational education, which in this environment, with several endogenous and exogenous, has designed the complex paths of this type. The wealth of information from teachers, including a taped interview, which allowed this work to obtain answers and discussions that sought, clearly showing the current reality of the schools surveyed and the labor market.
