Previous issue date: 2017-08-25 / A estruturação capitalista das últimas décadas, marcada pela globalização da economia, das mudanças políticas, e do modelo neoliberal desencadearam uma reestruturação produtiva, em todos os setores da economia, produzindo reflexos no mundo do trabalho. Na educação, estas mudanças afetaram significativamente o trabalho do professor, tanto no âmbito social quanto para o sujeito, implicando uma revisão de temas e conceitos, como formação, qualificação e competências, para atender às exigências do sistema produtivo, e adequar os indivíduos às exigências do mundo do trabalho. A cada dia este profissional é exposto a difíceis situações em seu trabalho, e a internet tem sido, muitas vezes, o canal para mostrar o descontentamento com a profissão, a precariedade das condições ou o prestígio abalado. Seja através de blogs, páginas, vídeos ou até mesmo nas redes sociais, a educação e o professor, são representados na maioria das vezes de maneira negativa. O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar como a imagem docente é retratada no ambiente virtual, especificamente, no facebook, identificando, principalmente, imagens que denotam aspectos de precarização da profissão. Para análise das imagens buscou-se respaldo no conceito do imaginário coletivo. A metodologia seguiu a abordagem qualitativa o tipo de pesquisa caracterizou-se como uma pesquisa netnográfica. A pesquisa teve ainda como tratamento da informação a análise do conteúdo. Para isso foi feito um levantamento e posteriormente uma seleção no facebook de fanpages que se dedicassem às publicações voltadas para a profissão do professor, são apresentados os dados da pesquisa na fanpage “Profissão Professor”, cujo acompanhamento foi realizado entre os anos de 2012-2017. Chamou-nos a atenção às imagens que denotavam aspectos de precarização, envolvendo o desrespeito, desvalorização, condições de trabalho insuficientes, remuneração e a saúde do professor. Embora o foco do trabalho, não seja a atratividade da profissão docente, é nítido que o processo de desvalorização e a falta de perspectivas de melhores condições salariais e reconhecimento afetam a escolha dos mais jovens pela docência. Notou-se ainda que a grande parte das imagens sobre precarização faziam referência à questão salarial. As imagens traduzem essa desvalorização, exaltam ainda as precárias condições de trabalho que afetam a qualidade do ensino e motivação docente, que muitas vezes adoece encerrando precocemente suas atividades profissionais. / The capitalist structure of the last decades, marked by the globalization of the economy, political changes, and the neoliberal model, triggered a productive restructuring in all sectors of the economy, producing reflections in the world of work. In education, these changes have significantly affected the work of the teacher, both in the social scope and the subject, implying a revision of themes and concepts, such as training, qualification and competences, to meet the requirements of the productive system, and adapt individuals to the requirements The world of work. Every day this professional is exposed to difficult situations in their work, and the internet has often been the channel to show the dissatisfaction with the profession, the precariousness of the conditions or the shaken prestige. Whether through blogs, pages, videos or even social networks, education and the teacher, are represented in the most negative times. The objective of this work is to analyze how the teaching image is portrayed in the virtual environment, specifically in facebook, identifying, mainly, images that denote aspects of precariousness of the profession. In order to analyze the images, we sought support in the concept of the collective imaginary. The methodology followed the qualitative approach the type of research was characterized as a netnographic research. The research also had as information treatment content analysis. For this was done a survey and then a selection on facebook of fanpages dedicated to publications aimed at the profession of the teacher, are presented the data of the research in the fanpage "Profissão Professor", whose monitoring was carried out between the years 2012-2017 . We drew attention to images that denoted aspects of precariousness, involving disrespect, devaluation, insufficient working conditions, remuneration and the health of the teacher. Although the focus of the work is not the attractiveness of the teaching profession, it is clear that the process of devaluation and the lack of prospects for better pay and recognition conditions affect the choice of the younger teachers. It was also noted that most of the images about precariousness referred to the salary issue. The images reflect this devaluation, also extol the precarious working conditions that affect the quality of teaching and motivation of the teacher, who often falls ill at the end of their professional activities.
