A incidência média no decorrer do estudo foi de 3,85 % (110.514/2.863.427) de cisticercose bovina. A partir dos resultados obtidos, conclui-se que os índices de incidência de cisticercose bovina para o estado do Paraná foram altos, o que significa que trabalhos educativos e instrutivos quanto ao problema devem ser aprimorados eintensificados / This study examined the incidence of bovine cysticercosis in 10 slaughterhouses under Federal Inspection Service in the State of Parana in 2005 2009. The data were obtained from the monthly maps nosographic, which were in the system SIGSIF, this contains records of the number of slaughtered animals, number of animals positive for cysticercosis and city of origin of these positive animals.The average incidence during the study was 3,85% (110.514/2.863.427) of bovine cysticercosis. From the results obtained, it is conclude that the rates of incidence of bovine cysticercosis in the state of Paraná were high, which means that instructive and educational work on the problem should be enhanced and intensified
