A partir desta constatação, questiono: como e se a política de avaliação em larga escala repercute na cultura organizacional de escolas municipais de sistemas municipais diferentes? Para isso foram realizados: levantamento bibliográfico sobre a temática da avaliação em larga escala e cultura organizacional, levantamento dos dados na base do INEP das escolas que tiveram um salto significativo entre 2007 e 2009, observação nas escolas participantes e entrevistas semi estruturadas com dois integrantes de cada segmento das escolas participantes (pais, professores, equipe diretiva, funcionários, alunos,). O projeto é parte de pesquisa integrada que tem como objetivo analisar as repercussões dos indicadores de desempenho na gestão escolar e na qualidade de ensino de escolas públicas do ensino fundamental. Temos como referencial teórico a especificidade da gestão escolar e a importância dos estudos sobre a escola. A análise dos dados me leva a inferir que a política de avaliação em larga escala vem interferindo diretamente na organização do trabalho pedagógico das duas escolas participantes, independentemente destas escolas pertencerem a sistemas municipais distintos com orientações educacionais e características específicas / The theme of large-scale evaluation has become in recent years the subject of numerous discussions, however, it is clear that much of the research conducted does not have the school as a place of study, ie, discusses assessments without understanding how they are implemented and understood by those who experience daily the impact that such a policy brings to the organization of work in school. From this finding, question: how and if the policy of large-scale assessment affects the organizational culture of schools of different municipal systems? For that were performed: literature on the subject of large-scale evaluation and organizational culture, survey data on the basis of INEP schools that have had a significant jump between 2007 and 2009, observing the participating schools and semi-structured interviews with two members of each segment of the participating schools (parents, teachers, management team, staff, students). The project is part of integrated research that aims to analyze the impact of performance indicators on school management and the quality of teaching in public schools of the school. We as a theoretical specificity of the school management and the importance of studies on school. Data analysis leads me to conclude that the policy of large-scale assessment comes directly interfering in the organization of the educational work of the two participating schools, regardless of these schools belong to municipal systems with different orientations and educational characteristics
