Com base nos resultados desta investigação buscou-se testar um curso de formação sobre comportamentos de avaliar repertório comportamental inicial, que possibilitasse à professora a aprendizagem de comportamentos e procedimentos necessários para a realização da avaliação inicial do repertório dos alunos na área de Linguagem Oral e Escrita. A coleta de dados foi realizada em três etapas: Etapa 1 (Fase 1 - entrevista I; Fase 2 - filmagens da interação professora e alunos). Etapa 2, (curso de formação sobre comportamentos de avaliar repertório comportamental inicial) e Etapa 3 (Fase1 - filmagens da interação professora e alunos e Fase 2 - entrevista II). Verificou-se na Etapa 1 da coleta de dados que a professora emitiu vários comportamentos de avaliar, no entanto, estes pareciam ocorrer independentemente dos comportamentos dos alunos. Observou-se também certa discrepância entre o relato verbal da professora sobre conceitos relacionados ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem e a análise das suas práticas, evidenciando algumas lacunas no repertório de conhecimentos teóricos sobre o ensino em educação infantil. O curso foi elaborado a partir do repertório inicial da professora observados na Etapa 1 (Fase 1 e 2) e consistiu em 10 encontros de 3h cada, perfazendo um total de 30h, cujo objetivo foi ensinar a professora a realizar a avaliação do repertório comportamental inicial dos alunos na área de linguagem oral e escrita. Para o desenvolvimento do curso foram selecionados alguns temas e procedimentos de ensino como: modelagem, modelação, apresentação de instruções, dentre outros. / The purpose of this study was to investigate the behaviors of a Preschool teacher to evaluate the initial behavioral repertory of the students. On the basis of these research results, we have investigated to try a Formation Course about behaviors to evaluate initial behavioral repertory, which could enable the teacher to the learning of behaviors and important procedures to the accomplishment of the initial evaluation of the repertory of the students in the Oral and Writing Language area. The data collection was accomplished in three stages: Stage 1 (Phase 1 - interview I; Phase 2 - filming of the teachers and students interaction). Stage 2 (formation course about behaviors to evaluate initial behavioral repertory) and Stage 3 (Phase 1 - filming of the teachers and students interaction, and Phase 2 - interview II). In the Stage 1 of the data collection, we could verify that a teacher demonstrated many behaviors of evaluation, however, these behaviors seemed to happen independently of the behaviors of the students. We also could observe a certain discrepancy between the verbal report about concepts related to the process of the teaching and learning, and the analyses of the practices of the teacher. Thus, it became evident that there were some omissions in her repertory of theoretical knowledge about the teaching in Preschool Education. The course was elaborated from the initial repertory of the teacher observed in Stage 1 (Phase I and II) and it consisted in ten meetings with three hours each, totalizing 30 hours, which the purpose was to train the teacher to accomplish the evaluation of the initial behavioral repertory of the students in the Oral and Writing Language area. To develop the course, we selected some themes and procedures of teaching, such as: modeling, modulation, presentation of instructions, and other similar things. During the course, it was possible to verify the changing in the speech of the teacher about the selected themes.
