Na experiência, houve a tentativa de introduzir um processo de intercessão num Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), cujo objetivo era de aproximar-se dos modos de gestão, para refleti-los nas premissas da gestão democrática. Por isso, apresentam-se algumas características, contratempos e aplicações do método, em uma realidade da Saúde Mental. Os pressupostos teóricos do Dispositivo Intercessor originam-se no Materialismo Histórico-Dialético, na Análise Institucional, no conceito dos intercessores e na Psicanálise, principalmente provinda da vertente lacaniana, que fundamenta as ferramentas do Cartel e dos atos psicanalíticos em Intensão e Extensão. A reflexão agrega os elementos da Saúde Mental, sob a perspectiva dos avanços e retrocessos paradigmáticos. Nesse âmbito, o Dispositivo Intercessor se assenta em um paradigma alternativo, revelando-se como um método que se distingue dos modelos tradicionais de pesquisa. O método intercessor, entendido como Dispositivo Intercessor como Método de Produção do Conhecimento (DIMPC) permite um duplo diálogo entre a forma estabelecida de produção do conhecimento na Universidade e a transformação de uma práxis em saúde. Portanto, a pretensão é que o método incida sobre a práxis, inexistindo a figura do pesquisador ou especialista, mas que, nesse contexto, apareça o sujeito desejante e implicado. / The work is a reflection from the Intercessor Device, a concept tool for action and knowledge production. In the experiment, there was an attempt to introduce a process of intercession in a Psychosocial Attention Center (CAPS), whose goal was to approach management methods, to reflect them in the premises of democratic management. Therefore, we present some features, setbacks, and applications of the method, a reality of Mental Health. The theoretical assumptions Intercessor Device originate in the historical and dialectical materialism in Institutional Analysis, the concept of intercessors and Psychoanalysis, Lacanian mainly stemmed from the strand, which is based tools Cartel and Psychoanalytic acts in Intension and Extension. The reflection adds elements of Mental Health, from the perspective of the advances and setbacks paradigm. In this context, the Intercessor Device rests on an alternative paradigm, revealing itself as a method that differs from traditional models of research. The intercessor knower as Intercessor Device how Production Method of Knowledge the method allows an double dialogue between the established form of knowledge production on the transformation of a University and health practice. Therefore, the claim is that the method focuses on the practice, there being the figure of the researcher or expert, but in this context appear the desiring subject and involved.
