Previous issue date: 2004 / Resumo: Esta pesquisa visa apresentar e refletir sobre os embates da Política Pública Educacional e o cotidiano escolar.A problemática da pesquisa foi-se delineando no reconhecimento dos aspectos obscuro, confuso e controverso que a professora-pesquisadora vivenciou em sua trajetória enquanto docente de Educação Infantil da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Campinas, e de sua prática pedagógica no CAIC - Centro de Atenção Integral à Criança e ao Adolescente. O CAIC representa um marco de uma Política Educacional implementada pelo Governo Federal, na década de 90, o PRONAICA - Programa Nacional de Atenção Integral à Criança e ao Adolescente. A pesquisa foi elaborada a partir da reconstituição da trajetória da professorapesquisadora, do cotidiano escolar vivenciado no CAIC e do processo de implementação do PRONAICA, no âmbito da legislação. Recorreu-se à memória, aos documentos pessoais (cadernos de registro); aos documentos técnicos (provenientes da Secretaria Municipal de Educação e produzidos no interior da unidade escolar no período de 1995 a 1996); e aos documentos oficiais (Decretos e Medidas Provisória federais no período de 1990 a 1995) / Abstract: This research aims at preseting and reflecting about the conflict betwen the Public Educational Politics and the school daily routine. The focus of the research was being outlined through the recognition of the obscure, confuse and contradictory aspects that the teacher-researcher experienced both in her joumey as a kindergarten teacher in one of the schools of the Municipal System of Education in Campinas and in her pedagogical practice at CAIC - Center of Integral Attention to the Child and the Adolescent. CAIC represents a landmark of and Educational Politics implemented by the Federal Govemment, in the 90s, the PRONAICA - National Programme of Integral Attention to the Child and the Adolescent. The research was designed based on the reconnstruction of the teacherresearcher, on the school daily routine experienced at CAIC and on the process of implementation ofPRONAICA, in the ambit oflegislation. The researcher resorted to memory, to personal documents (joumals), to technical documents (iTom the Municipal Education Secretariat and produced in the school unit in the period iTom 1995 to 1996); and to the official documents (Decrees and Federal Provisory Measurements iTom 1990 to 1995) / Mestrado / Mestre em Educação
